I want to get height from ground level to the camera lens. Can any one suggest me a method to do this.I have Google it but could not find any solution even mathematical formula too.

pythagorean theorem is the formula you are looking for.
No idea how you might get the values to use it though, other than if there is a way to determine the distance from the camera to what it is focusing on would get you one. If you can do that, they can just point it at the ground/tap to focus and give you the height.

I think, I am going to wrong way...Plz help me.
The effect look alike it's an OpenGL object with a texture where you change the coordinates of the vertex nearest to the touch point. The OpenGL object has to be constructed out of triangles matching the form, which is probably done based on the hair image.

In my app, I want to apply different video filters like: Fade in -Out,Snow fall,Rainbow,Fast Motion,Slow Motion, etc.
I study the Brad Larson project but it does not full fill my all filter requirement.
so, Help me!!
If you need custom filters you can always write them and add to GPUImage project. Just grab some easy filter like GPUImageRGBFilter or GPUImageLineGenerator and experiment.
You can also modify OpenGL calls directly to inject your custom effects in front of a movie. Take a look at CubeExample.

How would I implement the accerelate/decerelating effect when scrolling as you would see near lobby in tiny tower game?
Would it be a scrollview under the hood?
-edit-
Would it be a more interesting question if it needs to be done in cocos2d-x?

I used the above tutorial to successfully implement scrollview like UI with cocos2d-x.

Skype added an anti-shake feature in it's video conference app on iPhone. How can that be done?
This is quite a complicated thing to pull off, but it's probably a combination of some powerful blur detection/removal algorithms, and the gyroscope. I would start by looking into how to detect motion with the iPhone, and see what kind of results you can get with that. If it's not enough, start looking into shift/blur direction detection algorithms. This is not a trivial problem, but is something that you could probably accomplish given enough time. Hope that Helps!

How can I simulate a ma(1) model with parameter =0.7 using matlab?
The Systems Identification Toolbox may have what you need.
If you need or want to do it by hand, however (homework?), I would suggest outlining the steps of what needs to be done (break up the problem in parts, starting from the definition of MA models) and asking a more detailed question when you get stuck.
