Are there keyboard shorcuts for ClearCase actions? In particular I am looking for a shortcut to hijack a file.
You can have a look at this Clearcase plugin for Netbeans [ http://netbeans.org/kb/docs/ide/clearcase.html ] . It does come with a few key bindings in Netbeans and you can edit the key bindings in Netbeans key binding editor as well.
You don't need a "ClearCase shortcut" to hijack a file, you just need to make that file writable through the OS (Windows/Linux/Mac...).
That is enough to make a file "hijacked" in ClearCase since you didn't do it through a regular "cleartool checkout".
If you need a Netbeans plugin for that, I would recommend "netbeans-command-shortcuts":
You can assign a shortcut to the "make writable" command (see the wiki "Configuration"):

Does anyone know if there is a cheat sheet available for the acronyms that trigger Live Templates in Rubymine? For example "ifth" plus tab inserts an if-then-else clause.
Or does there exist a config file somewhere that I could print out? Searching haven't gotten me anywhere.
You can find live templates with the description in File | Settings | Live Templates.
There is no printable reference available, however one can try to generate one basing on the XML files that can be found in RUBYMINE\lib\rubymine.jar\liveTemplates.
There is a plug-in generating PDF keymap reference, one can use it as a starting point for a new plug-in that will export PDF for the live templates.

I am trying to make a plugin for eclipse to add more results in the code completion window.
In order to do that i need to get a reference to the Java Editor in order to override the getContentAssistant method of the editor’s SourceViewerConfiguration.
So, how can i get that reference?
Thank you
PS. feel free to provide any suggestions or links that can be helpful
Implement the javaCompletionProposalComputer. The link you gave is not useful, as that is only for people who implement a language editor, but the Java editor already exists.

Every time I am trying to run a program,an "Anagram" pops up and I cannot run my program.
How to make it disappear?
Thanks
My best guess, based on the limited amount of info you have given in this question, is that you have opened the Anagram project as you started to learn Java and NetBeans.
This Anagram project is your 'main project' from the IDE's perspective, so when you use F6, it is running the 'main project'.
To change the main project (and change the target for things like the F6 key), right click on the project that you want to run now and select the 'Set as Main Project' item from the menu that appears.
If you add more info about your situation folks may be able to provide a better answer.

I suppose that similar to Chrome is impossible as all window api are not designed to make the wonderful cool effect of Chrome. However where can I start to make a theme for Eclipse?
I am not sure this could easily be done with Eclipse 3.x.
But with e4 (Eclipse4), this would be easier through CSS styling:
That plus gradient effect can lead to pretty cool GUI:
