The bundle com.spundhan.eboard.project which probably contains your application could not be resolved because of a missing dependency. It seems the bundle org.eclipse.ui.intro.universal is not part of you product. Adding it to your product configuration should fix this problem.

Whereas the JDK I am using on both the machine is 1.6 which is of 32 bit, While JAVA_HOME and PATH is set properly.
The Difference which I found on both the machines was on the machine where it is running in Task Manager it showed me the Process as javaw *32 , Where on the machine where It Process just started and got killed there it was like javaw.
I have tried that application in various other compatibilty modes, but still showing the same msg..
This line in the error message, specifically the ARCH part:
BootLoader constants: OS=win32, ARCH=x86_64, WS=win32, NL=en_US
suggests you're running a 64-bit JDK on that machine. Using that it will look for the 64-bit version of SWT, not find it, then throw the exceptions. Check the version of Java that you have installed on that machine.

org.eclipse.core.runtime bundle is not resolved in tycho build

I have a project which builds and runs fine when built with eclipse, but when I trz to build it with maven & tycho, I get
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to acquire application service. Ensure that the org.eclipse.core.runtime bundle is resolved and started (see config.ini).
The bundle is indeed in the plugin directory, and referenced by config.ini.
What is the problem, and how to solve it?
You can find the code here:

Eclipse no longer starts after installing Maven plugin: MetadataRepositoryManager not registered

After installing the Maven plugin and closing Eclipse, I try to start Eclipse v8.3 I get an error referring me to a log file the configuration directory. (Contents below) This occurs even before selecting a work space.
Root exception:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: MetadataRepositoryManager not registered.
at org.eclipse.equinox.internal.provisional.p2.directorywatcher.RepositoryListener.initializeMetadataRepository(RepositoryListener.java:115)
Googling MetadataRepositoryManager didn't turn up much...
After rebooting, the internet has suggested and I've tried (and reverted):
Specifying a full path to eclipse.p2.data.area in IBM\SDP\configuration\config.ini
Changing eclipse.product=com.ibm.rational.rft.product.ide to eclipse.product=org.eclipse.platform.ide in IBM\SDP\configuration\config.ini
Renaming: C:\Users[username].eclipse
Running: \IBM\SDP>.\eclipse.exe –clean
Changing the JRE to 1.6 from 1.7 in \IBM\SDP\eclipse.ini
Removing the workspace directories
Removing the configuration directory (led to a different issue: java error code=13)
Removing .snap file as suggested here: http://www.metod.si/job-found-still-running-after-platform-shutdown-eclipse/
None of these changes (now reverted) seemed to help.
Thank you in advance to any suggestions you might add.

!MESSAGE Perspective Java has been made into a local copy
Seems to be related to a knwon eclipse bug: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=186977
As written here https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=349543#c4 ,
This usually happens when one
opens editor(s)
exit Eclipse
start Eclipse
delete a project
click on an editor tab of a deleted file
==> exceptions.
Some general pieces of advise whenever you get stuck with eclipse:
Start eclipse from command line with " -clean" option. this will force it to clean all eclipse cache (project and workspace caches)
To do this, on Windows, run in a cmd shell "eclipse.exe -clean".
On Mac, type this in a terminal "/path_to_eclipse/Eclipse.app/Contents/MacOS/eclipse -clean &"
If this doesn't work, rename your workspace folder to force eclipse to crate a new one: maybe it's related to some ugly stuff that happened within your workspace. Then, either try to reopen the previous workspace, or just import the project from 'buggy' workspace in the newly created one. However, you will loose your workspace specific settings, of course.
Hope this help
I had the same issue. I solved the problem by stopping the indexer:
Project properties-> C/C++ General->Indexer:check enable project specific settings, uncheck enable indexer.

First suggestion is to consult the free MobiOne Studio support forums since full time mobione experts work the forums http://www.genuitec.com/support-mobione/ and your problem has already been resolved there before.
The answer to your problem is you have a corrupted download (EOF is the key info). The latest installer is exactly 130,308,304 bytes. Try redownloading the installer exe maybe using a different download utility as that usually resolves this problem. http://genuitec.com/mobile/download.html
