How many permission we need for basic facebook app.
and anything else we have to do. i m confuse so i just want to clear before starting facebook app.

I am new in iOS. I write the application that has the Linked-In login in it. What is the best way from the follows to do Linked-In login from oOS app:
1) login with url-scheme (like in Facebook login)
2) login from the web view (like it is explained here:
Linkedin - iOS - Detect user cancel login)
3) to build login GUI by myself (where can I read about Linked-In - iOS API for it?)
I saw that common answer for similar question is this link:
https://github.com/synedra/LinkedIn-OAuth-Sample-Client
But I don't understand what is it and how should I use it.
Thanks.
https://github.com/synedra/LinkedIn-OAuth-Sample-Client is a library to link with linkedin and go through http://developer.linkedin.com/documents/authentication
and you should go on using that as it will save your time

I am building a site that has a points system for the user. I would like to award them points if they follow the site on Twitter but don't really know where to start.
In essence I would like the following to occur:
User clicks link inside of admin that takes them to twitter
They follow the site
Once followed it redirects them back to the site
Anyone got ideas on where to find a guide on this?
Thanks
Nick
check out web intents # https://dev.twitter.com/docs/intents#tweet-intent - it has sample code. Also logon on to your twitter account and go to https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons#mention the first one is probably the one you're most likely to use though.
Good luck!
Rachel :)

There are a couple of popular libraries for developing Facebook apps in C# on codeplex.
FaceSharp
Facebook C#
If you have experience with either one, please provide the Pros and Cons for each. I am planning to develop a Silverlight facebook app which will run in Canvas and on a public site.
Well i would vote to KMicrosoft's Facebook SDK.Works well and provides you everything you want FQL or Async Get .i think you should go for it

Can anyone please tell how to add the following kind of poll in a facebook business page...
http://www.facebook.com/hm?v=app_60082431253
It shows in the wall as well as in its own tab.. I can vote from the wall, comment and Like.. excellent feature it is.. but no information about it anywhere :(
Its not available from facebook anymore. I think its because of some of the privacy concerns people have about this app.
From my knowledge, it was a custom-made Poll that Facebook previously made for huge brands willing to pay $ 10, 000 and up. It is no longer available.
However Appbistro.com has a similar Tab app that may fulfill your needs:
Poll Tab
I'm a Facebook developer and I just created a Facebook app that looks like the one you point out. It lets you create a poll and publish it on your Facebook page. Try it out and let me know what you think of it :
