I have used AVCaptureSession for capture photo in iPhone application. As well as I want to take an image from PhotosLibrary too.
I've implemented UIImagePickerController control and its all methods.
I can open library, But I can't get photo which I've selected. As well as not calling PickerView's methods. No response from those methods.
Is there any different way to implement UIImagePickerController control with AVCaptureSession for photos library?
Please tell me solution.
Or suggest me alternative solution instead of Overlay as I want both functionality with dynamic controls.

First assign delegate to it's source file
Then when you pressed your button implement this method open camera controller in your app
First of all create PopOverController for iPad because we cannot directly open ImagePicker Controller

I've implemented a PickerController to have a user select an image, but I want the image the user selects to be displayed on the UIImageView I have.
I use the following to go to the camera roll:

Which brings up the camera roll in which a user can click on a photo. However, after the click, it returns to the main view, which is obvious... But how can I assign an action to the button, or image the user selects. Something like UIOKButton?
Something like:

This will allow the user to pick an image. If you don't want the cropping, set imagePickerController.allowsEditing = NO and use the key UIImagePickerControllerOriginalImage to get the resulting image back.
