Is there a proper way to diagram this? I have two different paths, but at some point in the process Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 will be done.
It's possible that this flowchart will be very large, and Steps 1 thru 3 will be run thru from many different paths.

I don't know that there is a proper way to document this, but generally if you are repeating the same steps in the same sequence it is a good idea to carve this out as a sub-process or predefined process.
I would recommend coming up with a meaningful name to describe steps 1 - 3 and then replacing those steps in your diagram with a "predefined process" shape with that name.
Then you would create a supplemental sheet to include your predefined process (or sub-process):
And your initial sheet would look something like this:
By simplifying your diagram in this fashion it will also make it easier for your audience to understand. I hope this helps!

Similarly, I also want to take out the mean queue size from the same after every replication and create a dataset of that as well. Can anyone help me with how to do it?

Use a cyclic event that calls myDataSet.add(myServiceBlock.queue.size())
I also want to take out the mean queue size from the same after every replication and create a dataset of that as well.
In your experiment, add a DataSet myMeanResults. In the "On Simulation end" code box of your experiment, call myMeanResults.add(root.myDataSet.getYMean())
Make sure your Datasets can keep enough values!
Also, always check the AnyLogic help and example models. Very often, these basics are covered there already. Else, tell us what you already tried :)
I am very much puzzled about using H5P in Moodle.
The idea is great, obviously, yet I cannot make it work as I expected.
My principles/idea:
There are bunch of activities in each course
Each activity can build up several Student's skills, say Creative Thinking or Problem Solving
After finishing each activity Student, based on the result, can go
to the next activity or re-do it if failed
For the testing purposes I set up 3 outcomes (0-30 > NO pass, 30-70 >
1 point, 71-100 > 2 points) in the H5P module - this one is working
fine.
The outcome should be passed to Moodle, so the course can then decide
what to do: pass with 1 or 2 points, or fail and request to do the
activity again
This outcome then will be added to Student's skillset
Say, I have this basic crossword. After finishing it the Student can achieve two Skills mentioned above yet still this depends on the outcome, eg. result 1 means 0 in Creative Thinking and +1 in Problem Solving, and/or 2 means +1 in Creative Thinking and +2 in Problem Solving.
The activity itself works as expected, as I mentioned above, see the images (note ONE point circled):

The student is NOT taken to the next activity, all s/he can do is to retry same activity over and over again.
Is it possible to force Moodle/H5P to act as described above?
For the testing purposes I used two 'activities': one being 'h5p' itself and the other being 'lesson' with same h5p modules being added inside, see the image:

using Talend Open Studio, I have a data-processing component, for which I'd appreciate your advice on how to make this possible (a) in a single component and (b) without a dirty workaround - thanks.
Relating part (a):
I have two different inputs:
One Input (with exactly one row) defines some kind of metadata for my processing.
One Input (with 1...n rows) defines the core data to process.
Currently, I solved this first requirement using two components and passing my metadata to the second component using the globalMap. But it would be nice, if I could integrate both connections into one component.
Relating part (b): After I have read all my input rows, I need to process them all at once. So far, so easy, I could use the end-section - my problem comes here: After that processing, I need to create a number of output-rows for a single output connection. Problem is, that Output-rows can only be created in the main-part and there I don't know when the last row was read...
Currently, I solved this counting the input-rows in advance and then, after that number is reached, I create that output. But this seems a really dirty workaround to me, so maybe someone has a solution for that, too?

This is my first post on Stack. I've been reading for a while and learned a lot. Thanks to all those who share on this site.
My office runs still runs MS Access 2007 and I was tasked with creating a database even though I had no experience doing so. I read "The Missing Manual for Access 2007", another book that I can't remember the name of, multiple posts on this site and Microsoft's and can't find the solution to what I need to do.
Issue: I want to have two fields on a form referring to the same table, each with look ups but want the second field's options to be dependent on the first. For example, I want the first field for "Region" to list options to select 1 2 3 or 4. If someone chooses 1, I want the second field only listed offices that are in Region 1. This doesn't seem like it should wildly complicated but I cannot figure out how to do it.
I have tried using the expression builder to create nested IIf functions, filtering queries, macros and a few other things but don't have the depth of knowledge to make any of them accomplish what I'm looking to do.
Is there a way to accomplish this easily without VBA? Or if VBA is the only way, can someone point me to a good code that I hopefully figure out and edit for this purpose?
