It seems you have problems with the eclipse.core.runtime i would reinstall the IDE.

In Eclipse Oracle Weblogic Server does not appear in the New Server window

I'm trying to add a new server in Eclipse and the Oracle Weblogic Server does not appear in the server type list. I've installed the Oracle WebLogic Server Tools from the Eclipse Marketplace.
The New Server window looks like this:
Eclipse:
Version: 2020-06 (4.16.0)
Build id: 20200615-1200
Plugin: 17.3.0.201903121357
And here's the Workspace log:

According to the log file, your Eclipse installation was broken:
Registry Directory not available: c:\Program Files\eclipse\jee-latest-released\eclipse\p2\org.eclipse.equinox.p2.engine\profileRegistry.
The missing p2 profile prevented the installation and uninstallation of plugins (the profile is needed to compute whether something can be installed and if so, which so-called installation units of which version have to be installed).
Make sure that the Eclipse installation directory is writable (in Windows everything in c:\Program Files\ is not writable for a normal user by default) and do not delete the p2 directory.
When the installation is that broken, the only solution is to install Eclipse again. It might be that importing of existing plugins from the old installation via File > Import: Install > From existing Installation will not work either in this case.
Reinstalling Eclipse solves the problem.
Worth noting that the workspaces are still usable but You'll need to reinstall all plugins.

Not being able to launch exported 64bit product when exporting to multiple platforms

I have followed the current steps to export my product for multiple platforms (namely, following the steps in the preferred way of doing multi-platform builds). However, when I export the product to multiple platforms (for the moment win32.x86 & win32.x86_64) only the x86 version starts correctly. The 64bit version throws the following error:

I assume that it is caused by the x86_64 swt plugin not being loaded, however while org.eclipse.swt.win32.win32.x86 plugin is included in the contents of the product definition, when trying to add the x86_64 plugin into the contents of my product, it doesn't appear on the plugin selection dialog (and of course is not already in the list of plugins).
The only thing remotely related to a x86_64 plugin available is the org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.win32.win32.x86_64, but including this and exporting again (unsurprisingly) returns the same error.
I've checked that the target platform has been updated with the software site from 4.8 files, only a few warnings appear.
How can I force the org.eclipse.swt.win32.win32.x86_64 plugin to appear in the available plugins to be selected in my product? I there any additional step to allow multiple platform export?
when you input "Work With",you can not only "replace 4.8 with your version".you must browse this url,(my version is 4.13)
https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/S-4.13M1-201907111805/
and find "Eclipse p2 Repository",now you find true url to "Work With"
it is very importen that You must find the release notes for it.
like this
https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/
Finally made it to work. My target platform was corrupted somehow. Creating a new target platform and following the wiki steps worked this time.
The steps are:
Open Window/Preferences.
Find PDE/Target Platform
Select your (active) target platform
Click Edit
Click Add
Select "Software Site"
Click Next
In "Work With" type: http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.8 (replace 4.8 with your version)
Check "Eclipse RCP Target Components"
Check "Equinox Target Components"
Uncheck "Include required software"
Check "Include all environments"
Press Finish
Press Finish
Press OK

What I schould intstall to Luna Release additionaly? Or may be I have configuration error? This issue is observed on 64 bits platform. RCP application is a DSL implementation based on xtext 2.8.4
Thank you in advance

There is a similar bug report open in the Eclipse bugzilla: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=423923
Comments suggest that
your workspace is trying to load org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench.addons.splitteraddon.SplitterAddon. This can happen if
1) you have o.e.ui.workbench from master in your workspace when launching from a 4.3.x target or
2) if you are opening an existing Luna workspace with 4.3.x
I had a similar exception when launching with a workspace that was created by an older version. In my case the workspace was created with 4.4 and the exception occured when launching a 4.5-based application on that workspace.

Could be dependencies issue; Goto "Run->Run Configurations...", Select "Plug-ins" tab and click the "Add Reuired Plugin" button
I've had a similar problem. I found that starting with -clean solved it in my case:
# ./eclipse -clean
I am running 3.6.1 on Ubuntu Lucid 64-bit.
Its difficult to say with the description given, you would have to double check your dependencies, if you've added some recently try to check your dependencies definition on product, feature and separate plugin's xml. Check this website too.
If you see this when trying to start OSGI console, add this parameter to the command line (just after 'java'):
-Declipse.ignoreApp=true
or this line into your 'config.ini' file:
eclipse.ignoreApp=true

Exporting a .product for macosx results in a NullPointerException

I am trying to build a product using Eclipse RCP for multiple systems (linux gtk/x86, macosx cocoa/x86_64, win32 win32/x86), but I keep on getting a NullPointerException when exporting specifically to macosx. I am running Linux, and the linux and win32 builds export fine, and without issues.
I am running Eclipse 3.6.2 (Helios) and have installed all the nescessary libraries for the project (it runs fine). As well, I am able to run it fine under OSX. I have also installed the nescessary delta to enable the multi-platform RCP export.
The following is the error log from the export. Note that the temp directory doesn't exist under .metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.pde.core/ after the export errors out.

Any help would be much appreciated. I killed a whole day on this, and got nowhere, and me excelent google skills haven't brought me back anything.
I had the same problem a while ago and I think I solved it by removing the branding images (Bug 292327). This bug was resolved a while ago (2009) but it might be a point to start from..
