Getting a parsing error after connecting to web service. I won't post that problem (yet) as I'm running down possible problems.
One that I noticed with displaying the individual GData elements, is that it is putting a "\" at the end of the element.
Example of what it should look like:
"Element1"xxxxx""/Element1"
Example of what it doing:
"Element1/"xxxxx""/Element1"
The quotes represent the less than and greater than symbols... I couldn't figure out how to get them to show here.
Have no idea what is causing this... any idea why?

After days of messing around with this, I found that it was all along my error.
Putting an NSLOG on sellerElement credElement, gives me the results above.
The problem is that it was not complete, in that I didn't look at the results after adding (addChild) elements together, where the xml is all put together.
After putting a NLSOG on sellerElement, the results I was expecting was shown.

In my app i have to send login and password to a server and get a response. By now i'm trying to write a method (it's called STUB in English i believe) which will work in a general way without communicating to actual server. Should i use POST method in a manner similar to:

I think it's because you're trying to send invalid request. Just try to check and log error message to see what's wrong.
What you're trying to do is to send POST data over GET request, which is wrong anyway. I'm also not sure about those "Post" data format, but when you'll check error message you'll find what's wrong.

I have a form data from an iphone app that needs to send HTTP Post variables to a URL.
The thing is, I've been told not to use setHTTPBody, but am unsure of how else to do it as every example I see uses setHTTPBody; even those that use POST methods.
To make things matters a little more complicated, the URL/webpage requires a submit=true and action=enquiry in the post variables.

I always get a 200 result, which is good. But the response back indicates that the Post variables are not getting through.
The response back has a field in it called "enquirysent" and its always blank. If the Post variables are successful, it should return a "1" or true statement.

Therefore, my question is: How do I force the HTTP-POST variables in the above request?

Most of you already know this by now, but I am posting this, just incase, some of you are still struggling with JSON in iOS6+.
In iOS6 and later, we have the NSJSONSerialization Class that is fast and has no dependency on including "outside" libraries.

This is the way iOS6 and later can now parse JSON efficiently.The use of SBJson is also pre-ARC implementation and brings with it those issues too if you are working in an ARC environment.

it most situations, you would expect the response to be in XML or JSON.
If you have control, access to the API I would suggest you try and go that route instead of an Array
