You need both the WTP repository and the matching simultaneous release repository, as found at https://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_FAQ#How_do_I_install_WTP.3F . The simultaneous release repository is the more important of the two most of the time. It actually looks like the Liberty tools you're installing were intended for Kepler, and you can't do an in-place upgrade from Juno to Kepler.
I'm trying to install WSO2 developer studios and carbon in my eclipse Helios for developing API2 software, the first issue is the page of wso2 site for download Eclipse Helios with Carbon studio is down, the download links doesn't work. So I have to manually install carbon studio.

From Dev Studio download page you can download latest Eclipse JavaEE luna + Developer Studio v 3.8.0 zip.
Furthermore, for certain WSO2 products (eg. ESB, APIM), there is a separate tooling distribution which is customized dev studio. You can download them from tooling link in each product download page.

Sometimes changing the installation flow helps resolving such issues.
Try to first install the subeclipse plug-in followed by installing the Worklight plug-in.

I am getting this error, when i try to install the worklight plugin for eclipse. how to solve this dependency
I would recommend you to install Eclipse Indigo package (either Java or Java EE) and then install worklight.
IBM Worklight Studio requires JDT 3.6 or higher. However you are using Eclipse 3.5 Java EE package, JDT can't be updated to 3.6 due to some other requirements.
You can try to update your Eclipse Java EE package to latest firstly, or directly install IBM Worklight Studio into a fresh Eclipse 3.6+.
