Loading comments from facebook - facebook

I got an application that posts stories to Facebook (actions and objects are cutom).
Stories (when they are on facebook) can be commented, liked and shared.
My question is: is there a program way to load that stories' comments and likes (count at least)?
I tried an FQL like this, but it did not work:
select likes from comment where object_id=605173452834516
object_id was taken from object browser (the object was shared in my timeline and I commented and liked it).
By the way, my app currently is in sandbox mode - can it be the reason I can not query the comments and likes?

Can you give example of public post_id? So other people can access the content to test.
This example works fine:
select likes from comment where object_id='10151558994286749'
Original link: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151558994286749&set=a.53081056748.66806.6815841748&type=1
If you scare is your app setting problem, you can test on this way:
Copy user access token of your app, then paste/replace into Access
token field at
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer?fql=select%20likes%20from%20comment%20where%20object_id%3D'10151558994286749'

Automatically find public posts and comments on Facebook and unlike/remove them?

I'm using Facebook for many years, and I've liked and commented a lot of friends posts (status, photos, etc). The problem is that I didn't pay attention to that these posts were "public" or "for friends only". As a result, a person who is not a friends of mine can now see all these contents using a request of Graph Search like:
Photos liked by USERNAME
Posts liked by USERNAME
Posts commented on by USERNAME
...
Of course I could remove likes and comments one by one from the Activity log, but it would take several months... I could also use the Toolkit for Facebook available on Chrome, but unfortunately it only proposes to remove ALL likes or comments, of any kind, whereas I want to do it only for public ones.
Edit: This Chrome pluggin is actually a fake, don't use it!
Is there a way to do it with Graph API?
This post seems to mention there isn't, but I'm not sure. I found this post for instance.
Edit: #CBroe confirms "Facebook has recently removed the ability to (un-)like objects in the name of the user" so I guess the latter link is obsolete?
Admitting we've retrieved the posts or comments ID, for instance by parsing the html response of the Graph Search result, then:
Is there another way to launch a request to FB which unlikes or removes posts/comments?
What do you think about it?
Thanks!

facebook likes that WE have done

We have several people working on our Facebook page, and I am trying to find out if there is a way to list all the companies that WE have liked - not the ones that like us.
I know that isn't possible to do (apart from analytic data). We are a chamber of commerce, and we were liking all our members who are on Facebook, hoping to be able to look back and find out how many are actually on Facebook.
Hope this makes sense, and I hope it is possible. :)
Sure just go to: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer (you must be a registered facebook developer to acces this tool).
Then on the input where you have this:
your_fb_id?fields=id,name
change it to this
your_fb_id?fields=id,name,accounts and press send.
You'll get all the pages wich you're administrator, choose the one you want by clicking on the respective ID. Now you're querying the page you've chosen. Last step, on the input to make queries change it to this:
your_page_id?fields=likes
EDIT
The previous request only returned the number of total likes made by the page.
To get the likes made by the page on other pages you have to use FQL Query
Change from Graph API to FQL Query and paste this
SELECT page_id, name FROM page WHERE page_id IN (SELECT page_id FROM page_fan WHERE uid = your_PAGE_ID)
This is without doing any code, if you want to get the information and format it on your own way, you'll have to develop an app where you grant the permission manage_pages and user_likes(this one I don't think is mandatory though), use the graph api to get the likes and format the json returned data

How to get the facebook user id that likes my website (not a facebook site)

I am making a raffle within the people that had make an "I like" to a certain article of my external website (non facebook). In order to choose the winner I need to know who has made the I like.
This query:
https://api.facebook.com/method/fql.query?query=select%20like_count%20from%20link_stat%20where%20url='myWEBSITE'&format=json
Only get me the total count of I Likes but not the users ID
This query is perfect:
https://api.facebook.com/method/fql.query?query=SELECT%20user_id%20FROM%20like%20WHERE%20object_id%3D%MY_object_ID&access_token=MY_ACCESS_TOKEN
But how do I get an OBJECTID for an external url??
Thanks in advance
Object can be any thing like video, note, link, photo, or album but can not be any FB page or Url.. So I guess its not possible to get the user Id for a URL.
If you are using JS SDK / Like plugin in your website to like it, i think you can subscribe to an event and then use some ajax calls to get those userIds whenever they instantly like it.

How to retrieve links posted by third-party Facebook apps?

I am trying to build an app that fetch all the links posted on a Facebook page. I'll use the Kotaku page as an example (https://www.facebook.com/kotaku, Facebook ID is 273824104039).
I have tried to get the links via the graph API (https://graph.facebook.com/273824104039) or via FQL (here is the query I used: SELECT link_id, owner, title, url, owner_comment, summary, created_time FROM link WHERE owner = 273824104039), but both of them only return a subset of the links posted (20 as of writing this post).
(All request were made with an access token from my account that I granted the read_stream permission. I also 'like' the Kotaku page, but according to the documentation the links connection is available to everyone on Facebook.)
If you go on the page, it's pretty obvious that there are more than 20 links, but most of these were posted via the dlvr.it app and those are not showing in the queries above.
So does anyone know it there is a way to get those links as well? If possible, I would like to get all the links posted on that page not just the last 50 or from the last 30 days.
I think the issue is that links posted by apps aren't treated as native Facebook links, they're just posts with attachments, so you're not likely to find anything in links. With that said, try looking at the stream FQL table or the posts parameter of the graph.

Get Facebook Link Likes

Using the Facebook API with the FQL language, how can I get a list of the users that liked a given URL? I got the URL and want to query Facebook to see how many people and what users liked that URL.
Using PHP or ASP.Net... doesn't matter, just want to know how to write the FQL query.
Sadly this data isn't available. What's possible via the Link Graph API objects and the link FQL table is just retrieving a given instance in which a link was shared by a user. You can get the count of likes on a user's posting of a link, but this likely isn't what you want.
Discussed this 3-6 months ago with guys at Facebook, and the consensus then was also that getting this data via API is impossible. As far as I know things haven't changed, and there are some privacy arguments for keeping this data out of the API.
'SELECT user_id FROM like WHERE object_id IN (SELECT link_id from link WHERE url = 'YOUR URL HERE' AND owner = 'YOUR USER ID HERE' '
Like FQL Table
Link FQL table
In order to access user's likes, the application needs to have user_likes permission from the user. After that if you access http://graph.facebook.com/me/likes with appropriate access tokens, all the object IDs (including external websites), the current user has liked will be listed.
(this is in reply to bounty question, which seems a bit different from the original question asked on this page)
It's not using FQL but...you can see the most recent 500 users that have like your page by going to: https://www.facebook.com/browse/?type=page_fans&page_id={id} but you would have to scrape this to get the information and it won't work for more people besides the most recent 500. Here's the gotcha, you've gotta be an admin of the page_id to see it.
You can only get the fans of pages that you are an administrator for. So you have to provide an access token with your request associated with an admin account of the page you are trying to get the fans.
Facebook's FQL documentation here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/fql/page/ tells you how to do it. Run the example SELECT name, fan_count FROM page WHERE page_id = 19292868552 and replace the page_id number with your page's id number and it will return the page name and the fan count.
