Is possible to fire an event in c# when ever user responds to an email using outlook?
I have an approval system which sends out an email to customers, so I am thinking instead of asking customers to login to a portal simply they can respond to email
and I can catch and store that in the database.
Sure, on the receiving side, use Application.NewMailEx event to open the customer's reply.

When you send an email through sendgrid, and the recipient opens the email, SendGrid will notify my server about that using webhooks (open) event.
https://docs.sendgrid.com/for-developers/tracking-events/event
But what happens if I specify multiple recipients for the same email with personalizations, do I get the same (open) event every time one of the recipients opens that email? If so how can my server figure which recipient?
What about the (delivered) event? Same questions.

The best way I found to achieve this is to send custom_args with the email, you can add custom_args to each individual personalisation object. Parameters set in custom_args are also sent along in the event webhook.
I wrote a post about how to use custom_args to track email statuses. The post uses Ruby on Rails as the framework, but covers using custom_args and reading them back in the event webhook to update the email in your own database.
I would like to know if there is a way from an email sender side to specifically ask Gmail not to take into account an email while trying to generate an event.
This is because one of our emails sends information about an abandon purchase and it is currently automatically generating an event on the user's calendar. This generates a problem for the user because he does not actually has a reservation.
Is it possible to send mail without saving a copy in the user's sent items? I am using MFMessage framework.
NO if you want to use MFMessage framework, it is not possible to send email without sending in user's sent items.
BTW why would you like to do this ? Any way, if you are using user's account, you CANT.
But then if you want an email to be sent, use smtp and other account, that is highly undesirable
I have seen some similar questions here on stack-overflow, but in my application i want when user click on confirm button automatic email go to the email id specified in the form with other details.
How can i implement this.
You could just make a post request to a server and have the server then send the email.
You cannot send emails automatically without sending the user to the mail application. You could however, take advantage of a third party service like Amazon Simple Email Service http://aws.amazon.com/ses/ to send the message.
Here In My app, There is a case where User registering a form
He will give his mail id in one textfield. After Complete the form I need to send a mail to User for conformation of his registering.
Any one can help me please.
Thanks In Advance
I don't think its the right way to send email from the phone to the user's email id. You need to process the form at a remote server and it should send the confirmation email which most of the phone apps with user registration do. If you are going to save the user data locally, there will be several problems and the top problem would be rejection of the app from apple.
actually its pretty simple, you just have to connect to mail server and send commands
