How would I go about creating a CAPTCHA plugin for the framework Kentico CMS 7.0?
Is there a predefined webpart called CAPTCHA webpart?
There are few form controls of CAPTCHA type. Navigate to Site manager -> Development -> Form controls and filter out CAPTCHA controls. You'll find e.g. "logic captcha" or "text captcha". You can use those controls e.g. in forms (this is typical usage) or anywhere else (just see properties of particular control).
If you want to prevent robots posting to your forms edit the form, add a text field and select CAPTCHA of your choice as a form control.
In addition to the built in CAPTCHA controls, you can also build your own reCAPTCHA control rather easily. The instructions are listed on this Kentico DeveNet forum post. Note that for step 5, instead of using the code listed in the first post, use the code in my reply to the initial post ('Gavin_Paolucci-Kleinow-URMC.Rochester - 1/4/2013 11:05:53 AM' since I can't link to that individual post in the thread).

I want an spfx made webpart that I've made be able to send an email (I'm using IEmailProperties at the moment) which provides a link to a modal form?
For example:
User clicks button in webpart, form loads.
User fills out form and submits it to SP list.
Form sends email on submission. Email has a link to the actual item created, so when the user clicks the provided email link, it opens up the modal form.
I would presume that the user would HAVE to be sent to the SP page where the webpart is unconditionally, but would it be possible to open up the modal corresponding to the SP list item?
Is this feature available in SharePoint framework, because if it isn't, compared to something like InfoPath 2013 or PowerApps it's quite a limitation.
I've researched this with several shallow Google searches and on gitHub for any premade stuff, but alas there is nothing that I've spotted.
I've been told IT IS possible:
"Yeah, they’d have to visit the page. Email clients don’t do JavaScript so you can’t really do interactive stuff there. If you want to take them directly to a page that then displays a modal, that’s plenty possible though. (e.g. display the modal based on if the URL contains a certain string)"
But wouldn't know how to do the above, can anyone start me on the right path?

In the email, pass a query string containing the item ID/list ID etc of the item, then have the webpart read the See: How can I get query string values in JavaScript? If your values exist. If they do exist, then open the modal using some kind of framework like bootstrap or fluent UI. You can write your own form using PnPjs or use an iframe potentially to display the OOTB edit form.
Additionally, you can link to any page in SharePoint provided you use an extension instead of a webpart to host the modal. You can install extensions tenant wide, and have it listen for the query string.
In TYPO3 versions before v9, when using the native form, I always disabled the cache of that specific "contact" page (where the form was placed). If I didn't disable the cace, the form wouldn't redirect to my "confirmation" (v6/v7) or "redirect" page (v8), but instead it would simply reload the (filled-out) form (on the same page).
So, to bypass this and to make sure that the form actually got submitted and forwarded to the correct confirmation page, I always disabled the cache (Page Properties -> Page -> Behaviour -> Disable cache).
In TYPO3 v9 however, this option has been removed, and adding config.no_cache = 1 into that specific page (in a TS template), doesn't seem to do the (same) trick.
I would expect that the form, after clicking the submit button, would forward to the confirmation (redirect) page which I configured insde the form itself. That confirmation page isn't usergroup-protected or anything, it's simply a sub-page of the "contact" page (containing the form) itself.
The actual issue in this case is that you are most likely using some kind of autofill for your fields, e.g. from Chrome or using a form filler extension.
This will also fill the honeypot field of your form which then prevents submitting the form.
Right now there is nothing you can do about this except voting for the bug in the Chromium issue tracker.
As Mathias Brodola righfully points out, this seems to be a problem in Chrome only. I found this following plugin - that completely disables autocomplete support for a form - to be helpful in this matter. It solved my issue (however, it does completely disable auto-complete support for the form):

I'm looking to create a customized contact form in a Joomla 3 site I have created. I know how to write the php code for the form, but I'm unsure of where to place the code.
Ok, the form is located at http://www.theoscorner.com/contact-us. What you see there is only the design, and there is currently no script for the form to submit to. If I wanted to create a new php page for the form to submit to, what is the best method of doing this? For example:
Should I create a completely new php file where the template's index.php file sits, and use a module (instead of an article) to hold the form.
Should I create a new article page, and place my php script in that article?
Should I hard-code my form into a module, and place a php function at the end of the index.php page which gets called when the page is refreshed and the POST values are set.
I'm just looking for any type of guidance I can get right now. I don't want to use a third-party plugin, because I want a little more control than they allow. Thank you for your time.
Just use RS Forms or Contact Enhanced, they are both Joomla extensions available on extensions.joomla.org

i want to make a custom form in drupal 7 which should contain fields like firstname,lastname, date of birth, phone, email and other fields. i download the webform module, install and enable it.
I saw in a video tutorial that there is a Form Component Tab from which we can create our form fields. But when i try to create a form it will not show me the form components tab. i find it every where but no form component tab. can any body plz help me so that i can create my custom form
I encountered with the same problem today. Didn't see the sub-tab containing [ *Form Components *E-mails *Form Settings] under Webform.
This happens when your theme is a little buggy or the Drupal 7 link overlay hides them.
Solution:
Try using webform by disabling the overlay (in the module section), or
Change your theme to Garland or Bartik for ADMIN AREA only.

I can create forms via templates with no problem. I found a plugin (create-page) from Adaptavist that allows you to create pages from a template. When a user clicks the create-page macro link it creates/saves the page from the template without allowing the user to change the fields.
I want the create-page macro to allow the user to fill in the form fields before saving the new page.
Is there a way to do this with this macro or perhaps there's another way of doing this?
You can try out ConfiForms plugin for Confluence. Quite easy to use.
The form-mail macro from Adaptavist was the answer. It allows you to create email forms inside your pages. Mail form NG plugin is free to use up to version 3.03 for Confluence up to version 5.3.4
