I can't get disqus working on my site. i've copied and pasted the disqus codes, but they're not showing.

as you can see on my site , you can click on 'comments' above my posts, but after that you won't be able to see the disqus plugin.

I used to have the Facebook Comments extension on my wiki but it didn't work very well and I couldn't moderate it so yesterday I switched to disqus. With Disqus, I need to add tags to every page, while the FB comments were added automatically everywhere.
How do I make the disqus render on every page like the FB plugin did?

Please try with a simple html page and if it working verify the browser you are using. You can see the view source of the above page. It has only the facebook plugin code.
I installed Facebook Comments for WordPress version 1.5.2 with my WordPress. However it doesn't show any comments from Facebook, always showing loading text. I verified the problem exists in both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
