symfony2 php codesniffer standard error - eclipse

I'm new to phpCodeSniffer and I'm trying to integrate it with eclipse. I've downloaded phpCodeSniffer from PEAR following these instructions, and I also downloaded Symfony2 standards from Github and the php-cs-fixer. I followed all the instructions and everything works fine, but when I try to use the sniffer with eclipse I get the following error:

This is my eclipse configuration:

It looks like the OpenSky symfony2 standards are broken in your case. The relevant part of the error message is this one:
Uncaught exception 'PHP_CodeSniffer_Exception' with message 'Referenced sniff Symfony2.Commenting.FunctionComment.MissingParamComment does not exist'
As symfony follows all the current PSR standards - namely the PSR-0, PSR-1, PSR-2 and PSR-3 (of which PSR-3 provides just the logger interface which monolog respects).
You can aswell directly use the PSR-2 standard included with newer Versions of PHPCS.
The PSR-2 standard implementation in PHPCS has been updated recently - opposite to those old symfony2 standards. Which means the implementation should be more accurate anyway.

Jenkins CORS Filter plugin not adding Access-Control-Allow-Origins header

I am trying to add CORS support to my Jenkins server so I could access the REST API from the browser. From looking around, the recommended approach is to use the CORS Filter plugin.
I have installed it, enable it, and add http://localhost to the Access-Control-Allow-Origins field, as well as GET to Access-Control-Allow-Methods field. However, these headers are not showing up in my requests.
This plugin has not been updated in a few years, so I'm not sure if it's compatible with the latest version of Jenkins. I'm running version 2.172.
In the Jenkins system log, I see these errors, not sure if it's related/ relevant
Caught exception evaluating: descriptor.getPropertyType(instance,field).itemTypeDescriptorOrDie in /configure. Reason: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
java.lang.AssertionError: class hudson.ivy.IvyBuildTrigger$IvyConfiguration is missing its descriptor in public hudson.ivy.IvyBuildTrigger$IvyConfiguration[] hudson.ivy.IvyBuildTrigger$DescriptorImpl.getConfigurations(). See https://jenkins.io/redirect/developer/class-is-missing-descriptor

These errors have at org.jenkinsci.plugins.corsfilter.AccessControlsFilter.doFilter(AccessControlsFilter.java:79) in their stack trace.
Does anyone know of a good way to enable CORS support for Jenkins REST API?
Jenkins version 2.303 and I struggle with the same issue. I would recommend to add the port number on the localhost URI you defined in the plugin settings, even though I'm pretty sure that won't change anything.
It actually seems the plugin is having no effect at all.
Probably the best solution is to set up your own proxy which would take care of CORS. Here is a good and well document example Build a Node.js Proxy Server in Under 10 minutes!

TYPO3 Upgrade Wizard Fails on DatabaseRowsUpdateWizard

i updated a project from TYPO3 7.6 to ^8 by following the official guide. latest steps were the composer update. i removed extensions/packages not compatible with ^8 and updated the ones available for ^8. im able to reach the install tool, the TYPO3 admin backend and the frontend (with errors).
so i ended up at the step were i should use the upgrade wizards provided by the install tool. i completed a few wizards without any issues but then faces a pretty one - first i tried to run DatabaseRowsUpdateWizard within the install tool but that failed with a memory error - i tried the cli approach with
php -d memory_limit=-1 vendor/bin/typo3cms upgrade:wizard DatabaseRowsUpdateWizard
the processing worked but it ended up with following error:
[ Helhum\Typo3Console\Mvc\Cli\FailedSubProcessCommandException ]
#1485130941: Executing command "upgrade:subprocess" failed (exit code: "1")
thrown in file vendor/helhum/typo3-console/Classes/Install/Upgrade/UpgradeHandling.php
in line 284
the command initially failed is:
'/usr/bin/php7.2' 'vendor/bin/typo3cms' 'upgrade:subprocess' '--command' 'executeWizard' '--arguments' 'a:3:{i:0;s:24:"DatabaseRowsUpdateWizard";i:1;a:0:{}i:2;b:0;}'
and here is the subprocess exception:
[ Sub-process exception: TYPO3\CMS\Core\Resource\Exception\InvalidPathException ]
#1320286857: File ../disclaimer_de.html is not valid (".." and "//" is not allowed in path).
thrown in file typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Resource/Driver/AbstractHierarchicalFilesystemDriver.php
in line 71
im pretty much lost and dont know were to start to get this fixed - help is much appreciated
Issues like these usually stem from broken URLs in RTE fields as can be seen in the error output:
File ../disclaimer_de.html is not valid (".." and "//" is not allowed in path)
In this case you should manually prepare the database and run SQL statements which replace the broken/obsolete ../ prefix from all affected records. An example query:
UPDATE tt_content
SET bodytext = REPLACE(bodytext, 'href="../', 'href="')
WHERE bodytext LIKE '%href="../';
Notice that this query is very basic and can destroy your data, so make sure you run some SELECT statements first to make sure nothing breaks. Also keep a backup of your database at hand.
Sometime, custom or TER extension also have RTE such as tt_news where you might come across same issue. To fix that, you just need to run the same query with the according table.

PHP startup error using CodeIgniter 3

I am getting tbe following error intermittently on my website
A PHP Error was encountered
Severity: Core Warning
Message: PHP Startup: Invalid library (appears to be a Zend Extension, try loading using zend_extension=opcache.so from php.ini)
Filename: Unknown
Line Number: 0
Backtrace:
I am using LAMP with PHP7 and the CodeIgniter installation is standard. The error has no file nor line to investigate, but my host ensures me that the server is correctly configured.
What could be causing this? I cannot even find a reference to opcache in the CodeIgniter 3 source code. (application files are very basic MVC brochureware stuff, so it's nothing the app has added)

Tikiwiki 16.2 Error while registering new user

I did a fresh install of 16.2 and when I try to register a new user I get the error below. I've re-extracted the zip and reinstalled the database, but I get the same error.
Tikiwiki is in a public_html/tiki folder and I have made no adjustments to it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Here's the error:

This also caught us out the other day and it's due to an older version of PHP 5 which hasn't got the mcrypt extension enabled, and we fixed it recently, so there are a few options for you I think:
Upgrade to php 7 (probably not an option unless it's your own server)
Enable php-mcrypt for you php (also probably not possible)
Try again with a recent "daily build" 16.x tarball from dev.tiki.org
Or enable one of the other CAPTCHA methods on Control panels->Security->Spam Protection, such as ReCaptcha or CAPTCHA Questions

Empty pagetree in TYPO3 7.2 backend

I am setting up a web portal using TYPO3 version 7.2. I successfully installed TYPO3 following this article on a Red Hat 4.8.2-16 machine. Everything worked fine and I created some pages until for some reason the pagetree didn't show any content any more. So now the backend looks like this http://goo.gl/3p0uQn
My browsers debug console only returns this error:
TypeError: TYPO3ViewportInstance.DebugConsole is null backend.php:79:5
but I have no idea if this is related to the empty pagetree.
This occurs on Firefox, Chrome and IE, so I guess it has nothing to do with the browser.
Also, I am logged in as an admin so it should not be due to wrong access rights.
Does anybody know what's going on there?
UPDATE:
The TYPO3 Log gives me some PHP Warnings

UPDATE 2
Meanwhile I installed 7.2 completely fresh (even with a new database) and I still get an empty pagetree. I also tried 6.2 LTS, but also here, no pagetree. I'm beginning to think that there is a problem with my PHP settings. Im using PHP 5.6.9 and MariaDB 10.0.19.
Try tu put that on your php.ini :
always_populate_raw_post_data = -1
It worked for me.
Have a nice day.
