how to insert UITextField at Top row in iphone app - iphone

I am making an iphone app in which i want that when app load it should just one cell with textfield when user enter any data in first cell it should new cell with entered data and first cell should be empty as editable.
I am making but it shows same value in above cell also.

Currently you add a label to the cell and the next time the cell is reused..the label is still there and you add a label on top of it.
The code you posted is specifying UITableViewCellStyleSubtitle as the cell style, which means each cell will a text label and detail text label available in its corresponding properties textLabel, and detailTextLabel. So there's no reason for you to allocate additional instances of UILabel. Instead, just populate the text properties of the existing labels. For example, you could rewrite your implementation like this:

Issue with setting Tag for button in sectioned UITableView

I have two buttons inside sectioned tableview cell thumbs up and thumbs down. Initially image of both button is not selected. When I select thumbs up button its image become thumbs up selected and other one become thumbsdown not selected and vice versa.

Due to issue with tag of button while I change image of one button several buttons are changing.
If any one can please find a solution it will be helpful.... tag is setting for buttons in sections which we can view.
If the Tableview is not sectioned its working well.
Your problem might be the fact that you're setting the variable only if the cell is newly created. Perhaps the sectioning has an impact on how many cells are affected. Try pulling your thumbs up / thumbs down code out of the if (cell == nil) block and see if that has an effect.

This is a common occurrence due to the fact that the table view cells are recycled. Your scheme with the button tags is rather convoluted and error prone.
It would make more sense to keep track of the ThumbsUp/Down state of each cell in your table view's datatsource data model. Then, in cellForRowAtIndexPath: set each button state explicitly.
BTW: cell.text and cell.textColor are deprecated. You should use the properties of cell.textLabel.

Send text from tableview to textfield

Override the init method of the second UITableView to accept an extra argument (in your case the text of the cell selected in the current UITableView). And in the second UITableView where you configure the cells, set their text as you wish with this parameter you just received from the previous tableView which the second tableview object was alloc initted.
You have to insert your text into your array arraytableview in position 1 (arrays start at 0). Make sure it is declared as NSMutableArray otherwise you can't change it.
So you have to do: [arraytableview insertObject: cellText atIndex: 1] in your OK method. For this you might have to introduce a variable that holds the currently selected text to "transfer" it from the selected method to the OK method.
Or you just add it in your - (void)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView didSelectRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath, but then it would add the text immediately without pressing OK. really depends what you want

The problem is that the keyboard doesn't appear if I want to change the text from TextField. Why?
Most probably there is something in the way of the text field and that makes it not receiving the touch event. Adding the entire cellForRowAtIndexPath would probably help us understand better what's happenning. Also, you should add the texfield and other custom elements to cell.contentsView, not directly to the cell.
