I just updated TFS plugin in eclipse and cannot connect to TFS server anymore. The reason is that the server has an older version. So, I have to roll back to older version but cannot find it in microsoft site. It just has the new version.
Does anybody know where I can get the older version(2012) of TFS?
I had the same issue this morning. I executed the following steps and it worked!!!!
Download the older version of TFS plugin (TFSEclipsePlugin-UpdateSiteArchive-11.0.0.1306.zip) from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30661
Go to eclipse--> help-->install new software-->add--> choose atchive--> locate the download from step 1.-->Finish
A quick restart of eclipse, you are all set!!!

I recently reinstalled my Windows 10 OS, and now Nuget packages are "not compatible". After an explanation, I will be asking, how do I resolve this problem.
Lead up
Due to an unrelated problem, I had to reinstall my operating system. In the course of that, I reinstalled Visual Studio 2019. I cloned my repository (https://github.com/PaulSchrum/CogoDN), then opened it locally with VS.
Now when I build, I get several Nuget errors and warnings. These Nuget dependencies have been present in my code since December 2019, and never caused me a problem until this month (July 2020) associated with the reinstallation of VS.
Question: How do I resolve this problem?

I am targeting .Net Core 3.1, but it happens no matter which version of .Net Core I target.
The main error seems to be of the pattern:
NU1202 Package System.Drawing.Common 4.5.0 is not compatible with netcoreapp3.1 (.NETCoreApp,Version=v3.1).
This is happening for System.Drawing.Common, netDxf.netstandard, and packages necessary for Microsoft Tests. Specifically, it can't recognize using Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.UnitTesting; (namespace 'VisualStudio' does not exist), and every attribute ([TestClass], [TestMethod]) now is a syntax error.
What have I already tried
Various combinations of reestablishing the Nuget packages. This includes at least twice clearing the Nuget cache and installing the dependencies again. I also followed the advice here: https://stackoverflow.com/a/63108317/1339950 (Item 3) Close VS, Delete global NuGet.config, start VS and let it rebuild Nuget.config.
None of these work.
One last note: I have tried so many things and got into various different states of not working that my description may have inadvertently conflated a few details.

It is quite strange and in my side, I can also build the project without any errors.(I download the project from your github link and then open it with VS0219----build well).
So I think your Net Core SDK or VS IDE have broken.
1), please try to install the latest Net Core 3.1 Developer SDK.
Or you could open Programs and Features from Control Panel, then right-click on every net core sdk-->Change-->Repair
2) run sfc /scannow to scan your os and you can refer to this link for more steps.
3), try to do a repair in VS Installer. Or if your VS2019 is not the latest, please update it to the latest version.
4) try to create a new net core project and then install these nuget packages to check if the issue still persists.
I've downloaded the MySQL installer and tried to run it. On the Check Requirements, MySQL Workbench 8.0.20 is listed. I clicked and got this message in the requirement:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable Package (x64) is not installed. Latest binary compatible version will be installed if agreed to resolve this requirement.
I click Next and I get:
One or more product requirements have not been satisfied.
I click Yes, and MySQl Workbench is not listed. How do I install?
The intuitive thing is to go to https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/workbench/ and select the
Windows (x86, 64-bit), MSI download.
However this failed for me with VS C++ 2019 Redistributable required even after installing the latest version (2015-2019).
So I clicked on
Go to Download Page button which took me to:
https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/windows/installer/8.0.html
and selected the 2nd, larger download (the 435MB file at this writing)
Although this is labeled (x86/32-bit), don't be fooled. It includes both versions and will install the 64 bit version on a 64-bit machine.
The following link will download the current installer as of 6/23/2021:

If you are installing significantly later than 6/23/2021, I suggest you start at
https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/workbench/

Update 2023: The installer has a button to "download prerequisites" that opens https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/workbench/
From there get the MySQL Installer and hit next to go to step 2. There, you can select only the "ODBC Connector" that will also include the redistributable. It is far smaller than the whole MySQL db install (e.g. 20Mb).
I had the same problem when trying to install the 35mb 64bit version. Kept coming back with requiring Visual C++ 2019...
Poking around found that if I went back to the install page and looked around the 32bit version of MySQL, there are two other installs. I chose to install the 405mb MySql Workbench 8 32bit and was able to install successfully. Albeit, mine was an upgrade from 6 to 8.0.20.
Uninstall the previous MYSQL and download the (Windows (x86, 64-bit), ZIP Archive
Debug Binaries & Test Suite) 499Mb version, when the error prompts on the screen simply hit No and execute. If the error persists, you might want to to download Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistribution manually and then continue the installation again.
Install Microsoft visual C++ X86 or X64 from this link ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 ).
For those seeing this later, I had the same issue with a fresh install of Win11, new PC, and trying to get 8.0.3.1 WB, and got the same dependency error on VC++ 2019. I followed all the same guidance above, and on other threads but it didn't work. The WB installer didn't recognize the VC++ redist pack as being installed.
I went to my old PC, found the old version of VC++ redist, and installed it....voila, WB would install. I used VC++ 14.30.30708, and it worked fine. As of this writing the current version of VC++ redist from the links above, was 14.34.31931

I have installed AWS SDK toolkit for VS 2017. It was working fine. All of a sudden since few days back i am getting error "Error loading AWS profiles: Method not found:'Amazon.Runtime.TcpKeepAlive Amazon.Runtime.ClientConfig.get_TcpKeepAlive()"
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the toolkit, also i tried installing it on other machine with VS 2013, but both giving same error.
Is it problem with toolkit or anything changed on AWS side?
I have Windows 10 with latest updates.

It is mostly caused an older version of AWSSDK.core that has already been added to GAC and is forcing your VS to use an older version of AWSSDK.core.dll.
After uninstalling all the other/previous versions of AWSSDK libraries (AWSSDK.S3.dll etc) from GAC solved the problem for me.
Also installing the latest AWSSDK.core.dll to GAC can work.

Once you install old extention, be sure to disable auto update extension in VS.
This tool looks promising when I went through the available information on website. But when I downloaded free version and when I am trying to install in my local I came across the following error.
OPS-008: OpsHub Visual Studio Migration Utility requires Team Foundation Server 2012 Update 1 Object Model or above.
Do I need to install this software on the server ? No where I could find instructions for installing this software.
Can I get this explained please, we are planning to migrate our project to VSTS.
If you want to migrate from TFS on premise to VSTS, I would suggest you to evaluate which of the three options listed by Microsoft documentation suite your need.
The easier way would be to chose option 2, especially if you already have TFS2015update3 or TFS 2017, as you need to upgrade your TFS collection to one of those version anyway before migrating (and you save the upgrade hassle).
If you want to use OpsHub tool, then you need to install the standalone TFS Object Model for TFS 2012 update 4 where you run the OpsHub tool, not on any of the TFS servers.
In order to run OVSMU, you will have to install TFS Object Model 2012 on the machine where you are installing the tool. This is a pre-requisite and be rest assured this version of OM will not conflict with any other (newer) version of Object Model already existing (which comes bundled with Visual Studio installer) on that machine.

I have done this, but I can't see where it states I have actually upgraded to v6.0.0.1 as all the details in Eclipse still indicate 6.0.0.0.
Yes, it's not really clear right now... but if you will navigate in Eclipse to either Help > About Eclipse or Help > Install New Software... > Already Installed you will see there the full version number, and it will also include the build date. If the build date is very recent, that's v6.0.0.1.
6.0.0.20130926-1933 == Worklight 6.0.0.x(1...) from September 26th 2013 # 19:33.
This will be clearer in future releases of IBM Worklight.

Where it says "Fix Pack 1", that actually refers to v6.0.0.1 as well.
The Eclipse Marketplace description has been updated to make it easier to identify the fixpack version.
However, you should use the method Idan describes above to verify the specific build. iFixes (Interim Fixes) are smaller fixes that do not update the vx.x.x.x number, but do update the build date. When you update the Worklight Developer Edition, you'll always get the latest build available.
