I'm trying this query:
{'rest_data': '["sessionabc123xyz", "Meetings", "meetings.id IN (
SELECT mu.meeting_id FROM meetings_users mu WHERE mu.user_id = \'1\')", "",
0, [], 5, 0]', 'input_type': 'json', 'method': 'get_entry_list', 'response
_type': 'json'}
But I'm getting this as a response, even if I'm using an administrator account:
{u'description': u'You do not have access', u'name': u'Access De
nied', u'number': 40}
How can I retrieve a list of meetings (and calls) a user is participating in?
It seems it isn't possible with Sugar v6.4 http://developer.sugarcrm.com/2012/02/08/changes-to-web-services-api-in-sugarcrm-6-4-0/

I am working with paypal subscription api v1. When an user subscribe to one of my plans on my website, the subscription_id is sent to my server. There I check the status and next billing date using the subscription details api to give the user some value. But when the user subscribes and my server checks for the status, the response it is getting is confusing. The response json is given below:
{'status': 'ACTIVE',
'status_update_time': '2019-11-13T09:36:35Z',
'id': '***',
'plan_id': '***',
'start_time': '2019-11-12T16:00:00Z',
'quantity': '1',
'shipping_amount': {'currency_code': 'USD', 'value': '0.0'},
'subscriber': {'name': **, 'email_address': '***', 'shipping_address': **},
'billing_info': {
'outstanding_balance': {'currency_code': 'USD', 'value': '0.0'},
'cycle_executions': [{
'tenure_type': 'REGULAR',
'sequence': 1,
'cycles_completed': 0,
'cycles_remaining': 0,
'current_pricing_scheme_version': 1,
'total_cycles': 0
}],
'next_billing_time': '2019-11-13T09:36:33Z',
'failed_payments_count': 0
},
'create_time': '2019-11-13T09:35:46Z',
'update_time': '2019-11-13T09:36:35Z',
Here you can see that the status is active but the next_billing_time is less than the status_update_time. And also no payment cycle is completed. Why paypal is behaving like this? I think the status should not be "ACTIVE" if the cycle is not complete. So why is it giving active status?
I am trying to model the following REST call in MDriven
jQuery.ajax({
type: 'POST',
url: 'http://server.net/api/server/search.php',
data: {
'apikey': xxxxxx,
'apiversion': '3',
'action': "search",
'type':'near',
'lat':'59.91673',
'long': '10.74782',
'distance': '2000',
'limit': '10'
},
success: printJsonResponse,
dataType: 'json'
});
The ViewModel would as I understand it be as follows:
But it is hard to test if this is the "same" (and it doesn't work)
One way to see what is actually sent is to send your data to some echo service that just returns what it gets.
I think there must be REST services for this. I googled "Rest echo service" and got this for example:
https://postman-echo.com/get?foo1=bar1&foo2=bar2
Try to send your request to https://postman-echo.com and then write out the result.
What is the proper way to request the following upsert to a REST API?
I'm struggling to structure a NoSQL collection, which is based on the most requested returns to the front-end application.
Suppose you have the following document:
{
'user' : {
'private_comments': [
//object available only to user 1
{
'id': 1,
'bar': 'He is very good',
'...': '...'
},
//object available only to user 2
{
'id': 2,
'bar': 'He is very bad',
'...': '...'
}
],
'public_comments': '' //infos available to all users
}
}
It is needed to upsert an element to the user.private_comments array.
According to https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc6902#appendix-A.5, I could request a replace instruction PATCHing the following data:
{ 'op': 'replace', 'path': '/user/comments/$index', 'value': 'Actually, he is OK'}
The problem is that '$index' is unknown in this case.
A possible solution that I came up with was to create something like the following operation:
{ 'op': 'upsert', 'find_by': 'id', 'find': 1, 'path': '/user/comments', 'value': 'Nope, he really sucks' }
However, the user implementing the API should't provide the id value inside the PATCH request, because this value is already accessible via the receive token. Should I simplify the operation to:
{ 'op': 'upsert', 'path': '/user/comments', 'value': 'Nope, he really sucks' }
and treat it at the backend, so when it's and upsert operation without 'find' and 'find_by' variables I assume 'find_by': 'id' and 'find': value_from_token?
Also, I cannot do a simple GET/UPDATE at the hole document because the user doesn't receive the hole document, so an update would compromise the data.
I need to post messages on a Facebook page. Specifically I want to post via cron.
Here's what the API docs say:
Page Access Token – These access tokens are similar to user access tokens, except that they provide permission to APIs that read, write or modify the data belonging to a Facebook Page. To obtain a page access token you need to start by obtaining a user access token and asking for the manage_pages permission. Once you have the user access token you then get the page access token via the Graph API.
How I can obtain a user access and page access token without a page callback? Is this possible?
What you need it an Extended Page Token, it is valid forever. You get one like this:
Authorize with the manage_pages permission (and publish_pages if you want to post as Page later), to get a User Token
Extend the User Token
Use /me/accounts?fields=access_token with the Extended User Token to get a list of all your Pages with Extended Page Tokens - or use /page-id?fields=access_token to get an Extended Page Token for a specific Page

PHP API V5
The below code worked for me after 24 hours of head scratching .... hope this helps by the way if you need this code to work you should have completed the first two steps
Should have login to facebook I used getRedirectLoginHelper
Set session variable with the received user access token on the call back file $_SESSION['fb_access_token'] = (string) $accessToken;
$fbApp = new Facebook\FacebookApp( 'xxx', 'xxx', 'v2.7' );
$fb = new Facebook\Facebook( array(
'app_id' => 'xxx',
'app_secret' => 'xxx',
'default_graph_version' => 'v2.7'
) );
$requestxx = new FacebookRequest(
$fbApp,
$_SESSION['fb_access_token'],//my user access token
'GET',
'/{page-id}?fields=access_token',
array( 'ADMINISTER' )
);
$responset = $fb->getClient()->sendRequest( $requestxx );
$json = json_decode( $responset->getBody() );
$page_access = $json->access_token;
//posting to page
$requesty = new FacebookRequest(
$fbApp,
$page_access ,
'POST',
'/{page-id}/feed?message=Hello fans YYYYYYYYYYYYYYY'
);
$response = $fb->getClient()->sendRequest( $requesty );
var_dump( $response );
You can get the page token this way:
$response = $fb->get('/'.$pageId.'?fields=access_token', (string)$accessToken);
$json = json_decode($response->getBody());
$page_token = $json->access_token;
$response = $fb->post('/'.$pageId.'/feed', $fbData, $page_token);
I've only JavaScript code, but once you have an access token, you may get the pages which can be adminstered by the given user. This will contain a page access token for each of them:
jQuery.ajax({type: "GET",
url: "https://graph.facebook.com/v2.2/me/accounts?access_token=" + userToken,
async: false,
data: jsonRequest,
dataType: "json",
cache: false,
success: function(data)
{
The data given back is like:
{
"data": [
{
"access_token": "CAACni8TcBB0B...cZBJfwZDZD",
"category": "Computers/Technology",
"name": "abc",
"id": "...",
"perms": [
"ADMINISTER",
"EDIT_PROFILE",
"CREATE_CONTENT",
"MODERATE_CONTENT",
"CREATE_ADS",
"BASIC_ADMIN"
]
},
{
"access_token": "CAA...ZDZD",
"category": "App Page",
"name": "xyz",
"id": "....",
"perms": [
"ADMINISTER",
"EDIT_PROFILE",
"CREATE_CONTENT",
"MODERATE_CONTENT",
"CREATE_ADS",
"BASIC_ADMIN"
]
}
],
access_token is your page token. You may transform the above request into PHP easily.
If I like more than 100 pages/things, FB.API('me/likes') returns 99 items and a link to the next paging.
Is it possible to get ALL without the pagination?
Thanks
Have you tried /me/likes?limit=999 ?
You may still need to paginate, but you should be able to get more than 99 items in a single call
Use FQL:
$fql = "SELECT page_id from page_fan where uid = me())";
$pages_i_liked = $facebook->api(array(
'method'=> 'fql.query',
'access_token' => $access_token,
'query'=> $fql,
));
print_r($pages_i_liked);

Post at specific facebook page of a user using facebook api
required permissions: piblish action
type: Post
url: https://graph.facebook.com/{PAGE_ID}/feed

this http request will write your message on fb page
PAGE_ID: its page id which is in responce of first request
The maximum results limit is 100
"I just noticed this while counting the results and also next page query, if I insert limit 999 for example, the exact results will be shown as 100 and the next link generated by facebook will contain the limit value also 100"
With this class from Github: FacebookLikedPagesAPI you can get all ID liked pages on Facebook without pagination
$access_token = '';// your access token here
$likes=new Likes();
$result=$likes->getAllLikedPages($access_token);
