Error when creating virtualenv folder - virtualenv

I am working through the book Test Driven Devlopement, and am currently having a problem when I try to create a virtualenv folder using:
virtualenv --python=python3 ../virtualenv
I keep on getting this output:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "C:\Python33\lib\runpy.py", line 160, in _run_module_as_main
"__main__", fname, loader, pkg_name)
File "C:\Python33\lib\runpy.py", line 73, in _run_code

File "C:\Python33\lib\site-packages\virtualenv.py", line 93, in get_installed_pythons
path = winreg.QueryValue(python_core, "%s\\InstallPath" % ver)
FileNotFoundError: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified

You are on windows: ../virutalenv is for unix
On unix, you are telling virtualenv to create a virtualenv directory in the directory up one level (previous) also windows uses backslash instead of slash.
Try to find a tutorial that is windows oriented, or if you can get your hand on a unix/linux machine, or maybe install cygwin.

I found the solution. When I entered into the virtual environment I ran the pip command with path. First I found the path with which pip command in the virtual env and then I ran the pip command with path.

What to do to import a CSV file using a chromebook idle version python 3.7.3 shell

Keep getting this error message when I enter this code :

And the message :
FileNotFoundError: File b'1.01. Simple linear regression.csv' does not exist
(Best end a question with the question.) The current working directory for the program does not have a file by that name. Possible solutions:
Give a complete path to the file to read_csv.
Change the working directory in the program to the one that contain that file using os.chdir. See chdir doc.
Start python in that directory, with or without IDLE, from a command line.

Running canopy-script.pyw gives traceback "No module named canopy.app.bootstrap"

I am trying to follow instruction from Enthought support website To test of what I have done i run line:
_python.exe canopy-script.pyw -d
Unfortunately this gives Traceback:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "canopy-script.pyw", line 776, in <module>
File "canopy-script.pyw", line 336, in bootstrap
File "canopy-script.pyw", line 363, in chainload

from canopy.app.bootstrap import main
ImportError: No module named canopy.app.bootstrap
After "Search" I can see many of bootstrap.py files on the disc.
What would be the solution for this problem?
The current version of Canopy is 2.1.9. (You are running v 1.7.4).
To update Canopy, and for a link to release notes, please see "Installing a new Canopy version".
After you update, see:

how to properly resolve gsutil error

I just installed gsutil on OS X, exactly following Google's instruction, and am seeing errors of the following format when running any gsutil command:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/Users//gsutil/gsutil", line 22, in <module>
gsutil.RunMain()
File "/Users//gsutil/gsutil.py", line 101, in RunMain
sys.exit(gslib.__main__.main())
File "/Users//gsutil/gslib/__main__.py", line 175, in main
command_runner = CommandRunner()
File "/Users//gsutil/gslib/command_runner.py", line 107, in __init__
self.command_map = self._LoadCommandMap()
File "/Users//gsutil/gslib/command_runner.py", line 113, in _LoadCommandMap
__import__('gslib.commands.%s' % module_name)
File "/Users//gsutil/gslib/commands/disablelogging.py", line 16, in <module>
from gslib.command import COMMAND_NAME
ImportError: cannot import name COMMAND_NAME
This error occurs on several modules in the commands directory. The only thing I could do to get rid of these errors is to remove the following modules from the directory which reference COMMAND_NAME: disablelogging, enablelogging, getacl, getcors, getdefacl, getlogging, setacl, setcors, setdefacl.
Did I do the right thing here? Is this a bug in gsutil?

sublime text 2 phpcs plugin python error

I am using Sublime Text 2 with some plugins. I can't seem to work with the Phpcs plugin, because after saving the file, it gives me an ugly error:

I have also tried to look into the respective files, but I don't know python at all so I don;t know what to do :-/
Could You please help ?
I ended up using SublimeLinter plugin that provides the showing-potential-errors feature that I wanted from the phpcs plugin.
The plugin is located in THIS GITHUB REPO.
Hope this helps anybody who is having a problem using the phpcs library.
#daniel: Thanks for help
