I'm trying to add a section of my site where my visitors can read all the latest posts from a company's twitter and facebook.
Twitter was really easy to implement, but now I am stuck at trying to find a solution to implement the latest facebook post.
I've looked on the facebook dev site as well searched on google, but most answers suggest fetching RSS feeds or other stuff that facebook no longer supports.
Does anyone know of how to do this? Is it even possible anymore?
I know this is an old post, but maybe this will help someone.

I found this tutorial to share photos on the facebook wall is perfect however if I change the ID of the facebook api, putting my ID instead of using the MyGrades it does not work, because the Facebook SDK has been updated and is no longer compatible.
I get the following message: "Sorry, the application you are using is Facebook integration is misconfigured ......"
've researched about the solution would be to update the facebook api.

With ios6, apple as introduced a number of their own sharing tools in the Social framework. I'd suggest that you look into SLComposeViewController. There is a good explanation of it in this question
What is the correct markup for inserting clickable urls/links in the Facebook Social Plugin comments?
I am not able to find this info in Google, been trying for couple hours now... I even "Binged" it once lol. I know its possible to do since I've seen clickable urls in plugin's comments on many occasions before.
Can someone plz help? Pretty please?
You can't insert clickable urls in fb plugin, also facebook doesn't allow google to crawl its content. The reason for that you know better facebook is the big rival to google.
Recently, I had a client send me a screenshot of what appeared to be a LinkedIn Plugin. I asked the client where they got it from, but they couldn't remember, but wanted me to replicate it on their new site... I've looked all over and couldn't seem to find anything exactly like this. I am not very well-versed when it comes to LinkedIn, so the answer may be right under my nose.
Would anyone out there know where I can find this?

The screenshot you've attached looks like a custom API integration emulating the widget that is found in LinkedIn hosted groups on LinkedIn.com. There are no LinkedIn-supported plugins available that can provide this functionality at this time. From the forums, a post from a LinkedIn employee:

Agorava LinkedIn is an connector to LinkedIn for Agorava. And Agorava Socializer also supports LinkedIn beside other popular social networking services like Facebook or Twitter.
As you know, a lot of bigger news websites have intorduced "social readers" for Facebook (e.g. https://apps.facebook.com/wpsocialreader/), which log what the user has read into the activity stream ("Michael read..."). Is it possible to integrate similar functionality into a Wordpress blog? Are the relevant API's open? Are there any plugins available? Thanks.

Yep, all of the APIs required to recreate the WashPo Reader or the Guardian reader etc are open, so it shouldn't be an issue to implement it for Wordpress.

Maybe instead of trying to update your current one, which can be a nightmate, you could start from scratch and import any of the old users or posts you need.
