How to raise a new case ( bug or FR ) in JasperReports Server Professional support portal? - jasperserver

We have a JasperReports Server Professional edition. And we have the login credentials for the support portal. But we are unable to find How/Where can we raise the new issue/case in the portal ?

If you're a paying customer you should raise your cases here Jasper home support page
There's a menu option to 'Cases' where you can click Submit Case

Thank you.

Do you need a Tableau Server license to be able to publish content from Desktop to the Server?

I have found conflicting responses to this question. Is a Server license necessary for publishing a report from Desktop to the server or will just a desktop license suffice? I understand without a Server license you can't access reports already on the Server, but for one-time publishing, is a Server license required?
Thanks.
A Tableau Server license is not required according to this setup. This is a screen of the admin view when adding a user to a Tableau Server site. You need a user login but not a license.
As of Tableau Server 10.5, the "Unlicensed (can publish)" site role has been removed, together with the "Viewer (can publish)" role.
Hence, the answer is now unfortunately yes, you need a license (if you use the user-based licensing model on your server).

Salesforce : How to activate Apex Classes feature in Professional Edition

I am working on a salesforce project and need to add a package. The issue is that under developer console I am not able to create Apex Classses , which leads to the following error when I add the package to salesforce.
This is the error I get when I try to install the package
After reading many forums, I came to a conclusion that i need to activate Apex Author permission under permission sets.
But the permission is not present there.
I created a developer account for salesforce in which the Apex Classes where already active and was able to import the package and make changes.
The Salesforce account is Professional Edition and is not under trial.
Any help regarding this will be appretiated.
Thanks
Currently, Professional Edition (PE) does not have the ability to create, modify, or deploy Apex classes directly in an org of that edition. This includes using Apex in an unmanaged package. The Author Apex permission is only found in Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, and Developer editions.
If you are an AppExchange Partner, you can write apps that use Apex, and send them through security review to be installed in PE orgs (as well as Group Edition).
From the Apex Code Developer guide relating to Apex and PE, you can read about the basic statement about Apex and supported editions. In the ISV Developer Guide (for App Exchange Apps and partners), you can read the specifics of what is required to get your app to run with Apex in a PE/GE org.
If you are exploring Salesforce for the purposes of writing ISV apps for Salesforce, I would also recommend taking this short self-paced learning module on ISV basics and Salesforce on the Trailhead learning platform.
Finally, there is a dedicated Salesforce stack exchange you might also look into for further question.

License issue in SOAP UI pro-4.5.2

Good Morning all
I am looking for help on a licensing issue in SOAP UI.
I have a purchased license od SOAP UI pro and tried to activate the license on my new Windowa-7/64 bit DELL system.
i am unable to activate it in SOAP UI pro 4.5.2.
http://www.soapui.org/Getting-Started/i ... enses.html
Every time I try to activate online now this is the message I receive an error message
Error
Unable to activate license.
The license can not be activated as the number of allowed copies has been exceeded.
How can I get my new license activated?
The problem can be resolved if you put an old version of soap ui first and then start updating the license file with the new one.
I am using 4.6 Soap Ui pro and faced it again.
This might not be an issue of Soap Ui , but is the problem of updating the old license (which is expired ) or adding a new license in the existing Soap Ui with the new license.
please let me know , if there is some doubts .
Contact SoapUI support http://www.soapui.org/Support/support-overview.html . I think they can help you.
Maybe you should use an online tool that is more adapted to SOAP tests and does not require that you install anything. Try https://www.wsdltophp.com. Why using a installed software to do online stuffs (SOAP) when online tool exists?

Citrix Access Management Console - How to add new user

Good Day
I have a hosted application inside the Citrix Presentation Server installed on a Windows Server edition.
My question is: How do I add a new user?
Link for Citrix Presentation Server 4.5:
Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 Administrator Guide
Right click on the published app, select Application Properties, browse the Users page and add the user.
Also this isn't a programming question. You should ask these types of questions on Server Fault instead.
