Postfix error when sending emails - 554 5.7.1 - Relay access denied

I have a new email server that uses Postfix (3.1.0) and Dovecot. I have managed to set up the TLS connection between the clients and the server, but I ran into a weird issue. Any time I try to send an email, I get this error: 554 5.7.1 - Relay access denied.
I googled this error and I found out that I need to set up smtpd_relay_restrictions, so I tried that. But nothing changed. Then I added smtpd_sender_restrictions, but again nothing changed.
I tried to send emails to different domains and using different networks on client device. Same error.
Here is my main.cf:

What could generate this error?
In terms of the Postfix settings:
To me it looks like your "mynetworks" setting:
mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 [::ffff:127.0.0.0]/104 [::1]/128
will only permit relay for clients on localhost via IPv4 / IPv6.
If the client was on the same LAN with a LAN IP of 192.168.0.100 I believe you would need to set as follows:
mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 192.168.0.100 [::ffff:127.0.0.0]/104 [::1]/128
If the client was on the internet with an IP of 9.9.9.9 I believe you would need to set as follows:
mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 9.9.9.9 [::ffff:127.0.0.0]/104 [::1]/128
Does that help?
As for dovecot there is a useful page on the wiki - If you haven't already, it is more secure to configure dovecot to require ssl/tls for auth login:
https://wiki.dovecot.org/SSL/DovecotConfiguration

When im removing the relay host [ciphermail] from architecture i'm able to receive mail from external domain.
please suggest the answer.
It looks like you have enabled "Reject unverified recipient". The 450 error message reports that the recipient address cannot be verified. The default Postfix configuration for CipherMail is that Postfix will function as a store and forward server and no local mailboxes. However you have configured mydestination (indirectly by setting djigzo_mydestination) to locally handle mail for svitsolutions.in but you also configured relay_domains (indirectly by setting djigzo_relay_domains) to svitsolutions.in.
With the current config, email sent to svitsolutions.in will be handled by the local transport (which will then store the email locally). However in the default Postfix master.cf config, the local transport is disabled because in the default config, email should not be locally stored. Because the local transport is not available, the recipient verification will fail.
If you want to store email locally you should re-enable the local transport (see main.cf and master.cf) and make sure that a local user is available. If you do not want to store mail locally on the system but only act as a relaying server, set djigzo_mydestination and mydestination to an empty value.

My mail server using IRedMail (postfix, dovecot, etc.) is only sending and receiving local emails?

I recently set up a mail server using IRedMail on a home server running Debian 8, using OpenLDAP, nginx in the installer. We got everything set up and configured to where we can access our mail server with roundcube (which I can access through mail.sterango.com) and Thunderbird and login to accounts just fine. We can send emails to and from accounts that are on the domain (seb#sterango.com can send and receive from postmaster#smail.sterango.com), but I am not able to send or recieve email with either of these accounts from outside sources such as my gmail account.
Here is my main.cf

Also here are my DNS records: http://i.imgur.com/gR2LAIZ.png
Should the A one point to a local IP like that?
I will also gladly post any logs or files. Thanks!
Reverse DNS - the outside world will expect that the source address of email you're sending has a correct reverse lookup. 192.168.x.x is a private IP address and is therefore not an appropriate reverse lookup. Specifically, the name in myorigin needs to have a correct reverse. If this is not correct, your spam score shoots WAY up on services like gmail.
mynetworks indicates that you're only processing mail for localhost, are you sure you're listening on a non-localhost interface?
your logs are one of the best methods of troubleshooting postfix, but they can also be somewhat misleading when troubleshooting remote delivery. Many services will accept mail from suspected spam sources with no indication that they're going to toss out or tag the incoming mail as spam because that would make it easier to bypass their spam filters.
