I know someone out there has an answer to this question, so thanks in advance for any insight into this issue.
We are trying to pull in revenue information for payment transactions via POST method in the thank you page URL.
We have a return URL setup to drive users to a thank you page on our site, and we also have our return URL page setup as POST. However, we are not able to see the payment info for our users in the thank you page URL or on the page. We've tried both POST and GET to no avail.
We have a silent post URL set-up, but that is going back to our CRM. Ultimately, we'd like to pull the revenue info into Google Analytics, but it looks like that info is not getting posted when we do a test.
To add another layer of complexity, we reached out to PayPal customer service last week and their tech team used their Sandbox and tested via our thank you page and everything worked perfectly on their end.
That leads me to believe that it may be something on our own site that's blocking the URL info, but I'm not certain.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

This is the weirdest.
I created a Facebook Page back in 2011, and I have Admin permissions. So far so good.
Few years ago (before Business Manager existed) I started running ads, and somehow, the page became a "Business" and took ownership of itself. When I open "Page Roles" where it says Owner shows the username of the page instead of my name.
Recently I started a Business Manager account and when I try to import my page, it says "A Page admin needs to approve your request for access.". I am lost on where that request is being sent. It's not in my email and not in the "Page Roles" section, like the Facebook doc says.
I am double sure the Owner of the page is the page itself, because the Business Manager gave me the ID of the "Business" that has to approve my request... and is the ID of my Facebook Page.
I've been searching the internet for days looking for an answer, but no luck. Also, I am trying to reach Facebook Support, but although I am a paying customer seems to be disabled for my account.
Any ideas on what the heck is going on, how to solve it or how to contact Facebook support?
I really need and appreciate some help here!
In 2015 I had an issue with my page (I also ran ads) and contacted gms-emea#fb.com (Facebook Global Marketing Solutions - EMEA). They replied within a week. I don't remember where I found this information, I just looked up my sent mails for you.
EMEA is probably for Europe and Middle East, but you can try anyway. They will probably redirect you to the correct support for your region.
Good luck with your issue!
I have read the documentation, https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/webhooks but I am confused as to how the mentions API with the webhooks works and was hoping someone could throw some light my way.
I have successfully setup the hook, and my facebook app is configured to send data here.
I gather I Have to tell the the app that the facebook page linked with an instagram account wishes to subscribe by calling this:
POST graph.facebook.com/{facebook page id}/subscribed_apps which should then hit my hook everytime any linked page gets a mention in a media item or a comment?
This is the bit I am confused on and could really use some help!
Also, can I have multiple pages subscribe to the hook?
Thanks in advance.
Can you figure this out or no
i looked everywhere with no result
I'm using Facebook Webhooks with a an app subscription to a page.
I've it linked to functions in Firebase, and so far everything is running really well. However, the one snag is that its recording every comment, like and update! With a really busy facebook page thats not ideal! All I want is the latest posts sent by admins and if those posts are updated or deleted to trigger also.
Any advice?
Here is my request:
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm working on a classified ads site that works with FB sdk. To upload a classified ad, the user must give permission to the SDK application. After creating a classified ad, fb comments shown below it. What I need is that when someone makes a comment, he gets a notification to ad owner with a link to the site. This is possible?
I hope you can help me, some days ago I'm looking for a solution and I can not find it.
may be the real time updates may help here facebook real time api. Though i am not able to find the functionality as such.
You can come up with something of the sort.
At the end of the day or low load times you can traverse all the shared posts for new comments in that day. If there was a comment you can extract that and send that to admin of that ad on his email.
I just built my website www.angelaarno.com on wix (hosted on ipage). I'm really not a developer (obviously). But site suits my needs. I want to post a link to my site on my facebook page, but when I try I get this error message:
Could not post to timeline. The privacy settings for this attachment prevent you from posting it to this Timeline.
I ran debugger on facebook to try to identify/fix the issue. Here's the link.
No clue how to fix this problem. Anyone out there that can help a totally clueless nubie?
Thanks
Angela
It allows me to access your site, and post it on social media. I registered my site under private (which you can't fix), but luckily you do not have that problem. If you personally can not post the link, try sending it to some close friends and having them post it. Not only will it get the word out, it will also help your credibility.
