I'm using ember-dynamic-component and in my component test, I'm getting the following error:
Handlebars error: Could not find property 'dynamic-component' on object
I've tried
needs: ['view:dynamic-component']
needs: ['component:dynamic-component']
needs: ['helper:dynamic-component']
but they're not working. Any ideas on how to make my tests aware of dynamic-component?

I am trying to use the function image_to_string from the library pytesseract in a repository to perform OCR of PDFs. However, I am getting the following error:

I have a simple newman test implemented on Azure release pipeline.
The test is working, however when it try to publish the test results I got this warning:
"The following extension fields were not found: TestRunSystem"
and no tests results of course.
Any idea?
I've created a vue application scaffolded from the vue cli. Almost everything is reacting as expected with my app except for an issue with import.
The following works fine:
import Vuex from 'vuex';
but, this throws errors:
import { VuetronVue, VuetronVuex } from 'vuetron';
vue.use(VuetronVue);
Linting error:
"export 'VuetronVue' was not found in 'vuetron'
and Console error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'install' of undefined
Changing the code to:
import vuetron from 'vuetron'
vue.use(vuetron.VuetronVue);
resolves the issue...
This original code was taken directly from the Vuetron documentation. Does anyone have a suggestion as to why the ES6 notation would cause an issue?
This seems to be because
vuetron/packages/vuetron-plugins/index.js
only exports the default object:
import VuetronVue from './vuetron-vue';
import VuetronVuex from './vuetron-vuex';
export default {
VuetronVue,
VuetronVuex
};
For named imports as stated in the docs you would need a named export.
I am using Istanbul for code coverage of Protractor Tests.
In the process of Instrumenting the source Code I am getting a "Failed to parse, Unexpected Token" error, and after going through the error it is found that the "import" token is creating the issue.
Been working on Angular2 and Typescript.
I am using command : istanbul instrument ./dir/to/instrument/ -o ./out/dir/
Istanbul by default uses esprima parser to parse the code before instrumenting.
This is a parsing error, but I am unable to find any solution to resolve it.
Istanbul:v0.4.5
Esprima parser:v3.1.3
Use this command:
npx nyc instrument [input-file] [output-file]
I want to get the test name and test result during runtime.
I have setup and tearDown methods in my script. In setup, I need to get the test name, and in tearDown I need to get the test result and test execution time.
Is there a way I can do this?

I have these files in my test directory:

In test_rest_author.py I have three functions, startup, teardown and test_tc15, but I only want to show the result and name for test_tc15.
Create a conftest.py file if you don't have one yet and add this:

The hook pytest_runtest_protocol implements the runtest_setup/call/teardown protocol for the given test item, including capturing exceptions and calling reporting hooks. It is called when any test finishes (like startup or teardown or your test).
If you run your script you can see the result and name of the test:
$ py.test ./rest/test_rest_author.py
====== test session starts ======
/test_rest_author.py::TestREST::test_tc15 PASSED
test_tc15 --- passed
======== 1 passed in 1.47 seconds =======

unittest.TestCase.id() this will return the complete Details including class name , method name .
From this we can extract test method name.
Getting the results during can be achieved by checking if there any exceptions in executing the test.
If the test fails then there wil be an exception if sys.exc_info() returns None then test is pass else test will be fail.
Using pytest_runtest_protocol as suggested with fixture marker solved my problem. In my case it was enough just to use reports = runtestprotocol(item, nextitem=nextitem) within my pytest html fixture. So to finalize the item element contains the information you need.
