EGit 4.1 Error during Eclipse Install

I am creating an Eclipse plugin that is relying on the latest version of EGet found here.
In the plugin.xml of my project, I add the 4.1 version to my "required dependencies"
I thought this would fix my issue when trying to run the code.
However, I am now receiving this error when I am trying to install the software:
The reason I am doing this is because of the following exception I have received:

Has anyone encountered this before? Any guidance on resolving this issue?
You need to also add the bundles EGit depends on, find the list of dependencies of the org.eclipse.egit.ui bundle in its OSGi manifest:
http://git.eclipse.org/c/egit/egit.git/tree/org.eclipse.egit.ui/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
The complete list of all dependencies and the p2 repositories they can be installed from can be found in EGit's target platform for the respective platform version, e.g. for Mars (Eclipse 4.5) :
http://git.eclipse.org/c/egit/egit.git/tree/org.eclipse.egit.target/egit-4.5.target

Is this because I have a java JRE installed instead of a JDK
I can successfully run the Comunity Edition of the Studio and create workspace and projects with the JRE I have
How can I resolve this issue?
IIRC since 3.3 there is not such thing as an Enterprise Version of Studio.
Therefor, if you are using such an old version you can either:
upgrade to the lastest version that is the same for both community or enterprise
use Java 1.6

Eclipse (Indigo) CVS no longer working after subclipse plugin install

I'm running Eclipse 3.7 (Indigo) and installed the Subclipse plugin a while back. Prior to that I know CVS was working properly. Since I installed Subclipse, I haven't really had the need for CVS. Recently I inherited a CVS project to maintain. When I try to open the Team Synchronize view and attempt to Synchronize to a CVS repo, I get the following error message:

I found one bug filed on https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=386664 which is exactly this issue, but no one has offered any solutions other than upgrading to a newer version of Eclipse, which is not an option for me.
Interestingly, I am able to checkout/update, but just cannot use the Synchronize View.
Does anyone have a clue if/what I can do to try to restore my CVS functionality?
Some hopefully pertinent information:
From plugin table:
CVS Team Provider Core: v3.3.500.v20120522-1148 (org.eclipse.team.cvs.core)
CVS Team Provider UI: : v3.3.500.v20120522-1148 (org.eclipse.team.cvs.ui)
CVS SSH2: v3.2.300.v20120522-1148 (org.eclipse.team.cvs.ssh2)
Eclipse CVS Client: v1.2.0.v201209141800 (org.eclipse.cvs)
Team Support Core: v3.6.0.I20110525-0800 (org.eclipse.team.core)
Team Support UI: v3.6.101.R37x_20111109-0800 (org.eclipse.team.ui)
Using:
Version: Indigo Service Release 2
Build id: 20120216-1857
I know this is not a definitive solution, but it worked for me:
Window -> Preference -> Team -> CVS -> Synchronize/Compare -> Uncheck Allow models (e.g. Java) to participate in synchronizations -> Ok
Hope that helps.

GWT Editor bug?

This is my development environment :
ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Eclipse Version: 3.7.2 (Indigo)
Google Plugin for Eclipse 3.7
Google Web Toolkit 2.4.0
GWT Designer Core 2.5.0
GWT Designer GPE 2.5.0
WindowBuilder Core 1.3.0
WindowBuilder CSS Support 1.2.0
WindowBuilder XML Core 1.3.0
I created a gwt/app engine project with the "App Engine Connected Android Project" and made very modifications (just refactoring a few names).
When I click on my "ui.xml" gwt file, I can display it in the Eclipse editor window "XML Source" tab.
But when I click on the "Design" tab, I get the following error :
Internal Error
encountered unexpected internal error.
This could be caused by a bug or by a misconfiguration issue, conflict, partial update, etc.

The important line in your stacktrace is:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.sf.cglib.proxy.Callback
Apparently somewhere in your GWT code you reference the Callbackclass from the net.sf.cglib.proxypackage.
If you reference any package or class in your GWT code you must have the source code in order for the GWT compiler to be able to translate it to javascript.
However this net.sf.cglib.proxypackage belongs to the cglib.jar which is a Bytecode manipulation library.
This library is not supported in GWT.
Check your source code for references to net.sf.cglib.proxy.Callback.
I assume you imported the wrong package.

I found this solution here but i don't know what the .jar unload method means... Can someone explain to me? I tried with Galileo SR1 and SR2 but still no luck... :( Can't get my Maven project to work...
Had to download the Eclipse Galileo J2EE version. This had the right WTP version.
