Gmail contextual gadget won't show up to domain admin - google-apps

I've an app on the google apps marketplace and has this strange issue.
The contextual gadget works fine for every user but the one who installed the app.
I've tested on 3 different domains and have the same result, I've also waited about 2 weeks but nothing changes.
Any help would be appreciated.

Facebook developer Account kit settings not displaying

Im trying to configure account kit. but the settings are not displayed, why is that ?, I have tried to log from 2 devices but still same screen.
That was a temporary issue and should be fixed now :)
Same is happening here. I've already tried to access it with different facebook accounts and with different projects, and nothing happened.
I'm also receiving errors in my recent registered apps, when tying to send the SMS. But it still works with the old ones.

There is not sufficient information in this question to be able to answer. Have you tried reaching out to Okta Support? They should be able to check your configuration with your permission and help you with it.

Facebook Single Sign On - Stopped opening application with no explanation

I integrated Facebook SSO in my Windows Phone 8 app yesterday and it was working properly. I tested it several times and on multiple devices and all was working. I submitted the code to my repository and today when I ran the code on the device the SSO wasn't working properly.
It starts off by starting the Facebook App as usual but then it shows me the dialog that it usually shows in the browser (with the typical message asking if I don't wish to install the Facebook application on my phone, which is installed) and even if I sign on it doesn't go back to my app.
I have not changed a single line of code since yesterday so I really have no idea of what must be happening. I checked if the Facebook App had been updated but it wasn't.
Does anyone have any idea of what might be happening?
It was an issue with the Facebook app which they seem to have resolved by today. Now everything is working properly again.

FB.login appears behind page in IE 9

We're ready to deploy a Facebook app, where users are able to search for one of their friends and select this friend.
When clicking on the input-tag, I invoke FB.login() and get necessary permissions. It works on all browsers but the customer experince a weird problem (which I cannot reproduce).
When clicking on the input-tag, the permission dialog from Facebook appears behind the website (does not popup in front), giving the impression that something failed. The customer can find it when hovering the combined windows for IE but this is not intuitive.
She is using IE9 (32bit) on Win7 - same as me and other testers (except for being emulated 32bit). She mentioned it has worked as expected previously but after I've tested through all the codebase, I still cant find a solution.
Problem was only happening for the PCs in the Active Directory farm. Once they chose to update all IEs, the problem disappeared.

Some facebook tabs doesn't show for all users

I have a page with 7 custom application I've made, tested and are currently attacked to a facebook page. For some users they see all 7 application, other users see only 1. The applications are in iFrame, with sandbox disabled. From my computer using my account and my sister's account (FF/Chrome) - we both see all of them, in Opera without login I also see all of the applications. What could be the cause?
Here is the page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Gloria-Mar/267571689965042
I've tested viewing in various browsers with both "developers" and non- facebook developer accounts and I can always see 7 apps listed. I'm not sure how to reproduce this issue. Can you give specifics on how to reproduce?
