RPI CrossCompiler Environment setup Error - raspberry-pi

When I try to set up an environment for Raspberry Pi on Linux Ubuntu 13.4 machine(Cross Compilation) it gives following error
bash: export: `/home/ganesh/RPICComp/tools-master/arm-bcm2708/arm-bcm2708-linux-gnueabi/bin/arm-bcm2708-linux-gnueabi-': not a valid identifier
I have stored my tool master folder in /home/ganesh/RPICComp/
and Kernel version is 3.18.y
I am using following command for setting up the Environment
export CCPREFIX= /home/ganesh/RPICComp/tools-master/arm-bcm2708/arm-bcm2708-linux-gnueabi/bin/arm-bcm2708-linux-gnueabi-
What would be the possible Error?
I am doing as per this link http://elinux.org/Raspberry_Pi_Kernel_Compilation
(Instead of Folder "tools" its tools-master for the kernel which I have downloaded )

Remove the space between CCPREFIX= and /home....

How to install Intel Simics from the CLI?

The documentation states that one can install from the terminal using a ispm bundle (*.ispm).
However, the ispm executable reports the following:
error: unknown option '--install-bundle'
When running: ispm --install-bundle /path/simics-6-packages-2021-16-linux64.ispm
The installation directory has been set using ispm config install-dir /path/install as per documentation, and I even tried using the --install-dir flag, but I ended up on the same issue.
Am I missing any other non-documented requirements perhaps?
Please try adding the command "packages"
./ispm packages --install-bundle </path/to/simics-6-packages-2021-16-linux64.ispm>
optionally, consider adding the "--trust-unsigned-packages", "--non-interactive" and "--install-dir"

There was a path error when Ubuntu created AVD via avdmanager

I used the command line tools provided by Android to download the SDK tools.Use the command avdmanager create avd -n nexus5_23 -k "system-images;android-23;google_apis;x86_64" --device "Nexus 5" to create the emulator, I found that the mirror path in the file config.ini was image.sysdir.1=sdk/system-images/android-23/google_apis/x86_64/.
Compared with the emulator path created by Win10, the emulator can be started normally after changing it to image.sysdir.1=system-images/android-23/google_apis/x86_64/.
I can't find a solution to this problem in Google.Can you give me some Suggestions? thank you.

I found the answer after several attempts.
Because my command-line tools are in the SDK root,This causes the system image path to be confused when the avdmanager creates the AVD.
Solution:
I created the cmdline directory in the SDK root, cut the tools folder into the cmdline, and modified the environment variable file to properly create and start avd.

Haskell and postgresql - build error "The program pg_config is required but it could not be found."

I am currently learning haskell and just tried using postgresql as a database.
I generated my project with stack (stack new <name> -> stack setup -> stack build)
and then all I changed was adding the dependencies needed to persistent and postgresql to the
package.yaml file (under "dependencies:").
These are:

This however results in a failing build with the following message:

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue and why it even occurs?
Do I have to install postgresql just for being able to run build the project? If so, how would you
do this in production, when the database could basically lie everywhere?
It looks like Haskell is trying to build with the PostgreSQL client shared library libpq.dll and uses pg_config at build time to determine where PostgreSQL is installed and how it was built.
That would mean that you have to install PostgreSQL on the machine where you build Haskell, including the header files, build environment or however it is called by the installer.
For running Haskell you would only need libpq.dll and the dependent shared libraries.
I solved the issue in Ubuntu with the following command:
apt install libpq-dev

Linking problems with nix package manager and termux

I tried to install the nix package manager on an Android device with termux.
When I try to execute the nix applicatives (for instance nix-store or nix-env) I get the following error

The file seems to be a script for the GNU linker, so I'm wondering what is the problem, could it be that termux's version of ld is unable to correctly interpret GNU Linker's scripts?

Edit: It seems that if unset the LD_PRELOADED and the LD_LIBRARY_PATH variables the nix-applications work fine. Problem is that in doing so termux cannot lunch any other non nix application, such as bash for instance.

Installing Tensorflow from source

I've been trying to install Tensorflow and get it working over the past few days. Whilst I have managed to install TF and get it working as tested by opening Python in the terminal and typing,
import tensorflow as tf
I have not been successful attempting to retrain Inception v3. I managed to install it from source once by following the instructions laid out here however I am no longer able to do so. When I get to the section 'Create the pip package and install' and go to run bazel build -c opt //tensorflow/tools/pip_package:build_pip_package in the root of my Tensorflow directiory I get the following error.

This is the same error I ran into when I managed to install it and then attempted retaining the classifier following this tutorial. At the section, bazel build tensorflow/examples/image_retraining:retrain.
I just can't figure out what is going wrong and I have been trying for so long.

The issue lied in the incorrect use of ./configure. Whilst it was ran I currently have two versions of python on my computer, both of which are stored in different locations, when running ./configure I pointed it to the wrong python version. After rectifying the issue everything worked correctly.
