I'm trying to deactivate page in siteadmin. But deactivate buttons are not unavaliavle. A'm logged as Administrator. Why I have no right to perform this actions?

First check did you overlay the /libs/wcm/core/content/siteadmin/actions under /apps folder. Check out the properties on the action nodes [activate/deactivate] via access-control tab & see ACL via crxde. This blog can be helpful.

Button is not pressed even after entering right content, how can I solve it?
There may be several reasons the remove button isn't working:
There are common compatibility errors with the Safari browser. If you are using it, consider trying using Chrome or Firefox for this task.
Press F12 -> Console -> There may be a Javascript error caused by script blockers loaded on your browser.

i want to see calling of an API in chrome network tab to implement them in my web client.
i go to the domain food.shahed.ac.ir
then some api calls very fast and then redirects to another page very fast.
so i can not see the first requests .
You can check Preserve log checkbox.
Then all requests should be available.

So a user clicks a link or something on a text message
and an app opens up. Its important that it opens up a "particular" page
of an app. It might open lets say an "about us" page on an app.
If something like this is possible how can it be done?

Yes it's possible to do this and the term you'd look for is "deep linking". It also works for Window phones. For an overview, see: App Indexing and Deep Links.

I have added my website on page info but it is not displayed on page.
I have tried viewing it from another profile but it is displaying only description and no link.
You might have just added your website in website tab but there is another and simple method to add your website link after description,You just need to edit description and add your website link at last , that's it now just refresh your page and you will get what you want.
