NetSuite Workflow to run if Credit Card is updated - workflow

I am trying to create a workflow that will run when a customer (or agent) updates a customer credit card. I am able to test this and see the change using Scripting, but that won't work for the customer changed side.
Anyone know of a way to either run scripts on the customer center pages, or to run a script from a workflow? Thanks for any assistance.

I wound up creating a custom form not using NetSuite data, and then passing that data into an internal RESTlet. That solved the problem.

I believe if you click on the "All Roles" checkbox in the Script Deployment page, it would make your script run for Customer Center. Alternatively you can also just select the Customer Center role in the Roles field.

Automating SharePoint Online access for External Users through Flow/Azure

I'm quite new to SharePoint/Azure/PowerShell, so apologies if what I'm asking is a stupid question!
We currently have client SharePoint sites hosted on our O365 tenant, with access to each site to be rolled out to each of our respective clients shortly. Initially, only the senior management of each client will have access to the sites, however as time goes on it's likely we'll be adding everyone else too; To streamline the new user process and save us from having to add each individual staff member, we've been considering using a Flow to automate user access instead, with the goal of adding authenticated external users without much real input from administrators other than a simple approval/rejection process.
The overall plan is as follows:
Visio Outline<
Each Client site has a SharePoint Custom List, titled "Employee Access List". Said list will have the following columns: Request ID (Text), First Name (Text), Last Name (Text), Job Title (Text), Company (Text), Contact Number (Text), E-Mail (Text), SharePoint Access (Yes/No Boolean).
If a member of staff requires access to the SharePoint site, then their respective manager will add the staff member to the list and fill in all the above fields, setting the "SharePoint Access" item value to "Yes".
This will trigger the flow and an approval email to be sent to myself and another administrator, with said email detailing the user to be created, and who has submitted the request.
Script insertion somehow - This would then run if the request was approved, and set the user up with access.
Email notification is automatically then sent to the creator of SharePoint list item, notifying them that the user now has access.
Step 4 is where I'm a little stuck in regards to what to do if the request is approved - I've written a little PowerShell script below which nearly achieves what I'm going for, in that it creates an external user PnP Group and PnP Role Definition (If there isn't one already), pulls what's in the "E-mail" fields on the "Employee Access" list and runs Add-PnPUsertoGroup to pull the users to the PnP group, which then sends the users an email with a link to the SharePoint site, allowing them to access it. However:
The script I've written targets everyone on the SharePoint List, whereas ideally I would just want the script to target the sole user that's been newly added to the list/is listed in the approval email, and only them. I'm assuming that I'd have to pipe information from the Flow into a script, which I'm not even sure is possible, and if it is, I haven't got a clue how to do it.
I know that that Azure Functions and Azure Automation can be used to insert scripts into Flows, but I don't have experience of either so I'm not sure which is the more suitable option. Is there any guidance on how to insert PowerShell scripts with them, and how to pipe what's in a flow into said scripts?
PowerShell Script as follows:
Hope this all makes sense - Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thank you!
EDIT:
Just as a bit of extra information, here is the Flow as it currently is:
Flow Part 1
Flow Part 2
Flow Part 3
Have since found an answer to the above - whilst Azure Functions/Automation are an option, you don't necessarily need them or PowerShell scripts running from Flow, in this case my goal scenario was achieved using an MS Graph Invitation API, App Permissions and a HTTP SharePoint call instead.
See attached screenshots:
Flow Answer 1
Flow Answer 2
Flow Answer 3
Step 1: Set up an App with permissions to make calls to MS Graph - use this guide for help on how to do so - http://blogopaxio.azurewebsites.net/accessing-graph-api-from-microsoft-flow-using-application-permissions-2/
Step 2: Add HTTP to MS Graph and set parameters as in screenshot 1 of this post - this action will create guest user and invitation URL the user would need to sign in to the site.
Step 3: At this point, run the flow so that we can get the 'inviteRedeemURL' from the body of the Output for the HTTP step - you will need this particular URL to send separately in your email to the end user.
Step 4: Throw in a pause for a minute or 2 just to make sure that the information from the previous actions 'sticks' - provided it all works, at this point, the user will actually have their guest account created and you'll be able to see them under Users in your O365 admin centre, however they won't be aware of their account access yet (We'll notify them of this in our email at the end).
Step 5: Add the user to SharePoint security group with a "Send HTTP Request to SharePoint" action. Please note that the "sitegroups(19)" in the URI of this action refers to the ID number of the PnP group you're putting them in, so in my case the group ID was 19. If you're unsure of the ID of your group, connect to your SharePoint Site through PowerShell with PnP commands, then run Get-PnPGroup.
Step 6: Send the email to the invited user with the Outlook Send Email action - FYI -the "SharePoint Site" variable in my screenshot is actually the "inviteRedeemURL".
Hope this helps anyone else that's unsure of how to do this. If anyone has a better solution that achieves this by all means post it!
Thanks!

Hide Workflow from SiteAdmin

We have a requirement in our project like we want to hide some workflows in siteadmin. We are using AEM 6.1. Please let us know if anybody has any solution. any help is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tushar
Using User Permissions
This can be controlled by user permissions. The permissions can be updated in useradmin console to remove read permission from the workflow models you want not be shown to user. Permissions can be managed via groups
Please note that there are 2 workflow models for Schedule Activation/Deactivation, the read access is required for these in case you want user to be able to use "Activate/Deactivate Later" OOTB functionality in siteadmin/damadmin console. These 2 are anyways not shown in workflow list while initiating workflow from siteadmin/damadmin console, but we should take care while removing read permissions.
This solution is verified.
Using Model changes
Model can updated to make it as system workflow refer Adobe Forum Link. Verify this one with Day Care to see if there is a side effect.

Disabling customer login & registration on checkout in Magento

I've been looking for a few days now for a way to disable the automatic customer registration that occurs when a customer finishes an order in the checkout in Magento. What happens is that the user is logged in to his or her account, and two emails are sent. One containing the order confirmation, and another one, welcoming the user as a customer, including his or her account information.
What I'd like to do is to disable the email containing the welcome, and disable the registration/ login of the account.
Like I said, I've been trying to find some leads on where to look for a few days now, but to no avail. I'd appreciate if someone could help me figure out what files to look at, and also what parts of those files.
Also, maybe I should mention that the website is using a One Step Checkout.
Thanks in advance,
Base on your system setting you need to make changes in one of the two files listed below. Copy the templates to your custom theme folder and make the changes as needed to remove the login section and links.
/app/design/frontend/base/default/template/checkout/onepage/login.phtml
/app/design/frontend/base/default/template/persistent/checkout/onepage/login.phtml

How to get all the users list in Kaleo Workflow on Assign to Combo box?

I am working in Liferay Portal. I have created my custom work flow and created the portlet to start the work flow. I am done successfully with this but I am facing one problem, when the user clicks on Assign to button from Workflow Tasks to assign the task to some other user the combo box which display available users, it only display the users who has the Administrator or Owner Roles.
As i have developed custom work flow in which i have defined my own roles, i wish to display the users with that roles in the combo box. I have searched a lot but not able to get the proper solution for this.
If anyone has any idea please kindly help.
For this you have to create a hook and you have to write the code in file named "workflow_task_action.jsp" within Workflow_task.....
In this file code for that combobox which you require is available.

Dynamics CRM 2011 custom code

I'm struggling to find much documentation on Dynamics CRM 2011 and have a problem. I'm not looking for code more a pointer as to the correct method of approach (workflow, dialog, custom HTML web resource etc)
I basically want something that does the following:
Go to Contact list
Select some contacts
Ribbon action opens a box that allows me
to select a custom role from a drop down list (source is a dynamics
entity)
Select a radio box for either add or remove role
Save the changes, this will add or remove a role from the contact and also send an email to that contact
I know how to get a list of selected recordIDs but I am not sure if I should be calling a dialog or a custom HTML page with JS.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
This may not work at all for your scenario but it is worth thinking out of the box sometimes. This would only work if you have a small number of roles and the roles don't change that often.
Add checkboxes on the Contact, one for each role. Build workflows that fire on update of those checkboxes that send your emails. Now users can quickly edit lots of Contact Roles by using the Multi-Edit feature.
The benefit of this approach is it is a "no code" solution and it is very easy for the User since it uses out-of-the-box functionality. The downside is that you need to maintain those checkboxes. But it may be easier than writing a bunch of web resources and javascript!
I have assembled a list of bookmarks on the subject here. I hope the link works.
Gareth Tucker's site is specially interesting.
In the end the solution was to create a Ribbon item that accepted the selected Guids from the contact list.
Then read those in from a web resource (Silverlight) which called into the sdk and created / removed the records accordingly
