How to remove file path viewer from eclipse editor view - eclipse

I looked online, but I am unable to find the answer. I am wondering how to remove the bar below the list of files that tells you the current position of a file in a project. My first picture shows the location of the bar and my second shows a close up of the bar. Thanks in advance. see image

This is known as breadcumbs in eclipse.
Couple of ways to disable them.
Right click on the breadcrumb-> You will get Hide breadcrumb option ->Click on that to hide.
On the the action bar. There is a button called "Toggle breadcrumbs" which will disable it if it is enabled. Click on it to disable it.
Hope it helps.
Best Regards,
Saurav

How to modify VSCode Activity Bar

I'm customizing VSCode and I need to modify Activity Bar, removing some icon and add one more icon to open extension which is now triggered by keyboard shortcut.
Does anybody have idea how to modify VSCode source code to accomplish that?
Is there any document helping me understand the source code of VSCode?
Any clue will be highly appreciated!
You can right click on the activity bar and select which activity you wish to have in the activity bar.

Netbeans is not showing source tab

Netbeans is not showing source tab, please help.
I had the same problem and I had to delete the Netbeans Cache and User Directory. Once I did it worked fine.
you will find the cach in the path: C:\Users"user_name"\AppData\Roaming\Netbeans
delete all files in this folder
It may be that for some reason the layout changed. I am not very familiar with NetBeans but I presume that there is an option to reset the layout under
Window -> Reset Windows
Hope this helps!
As of now you are viewing Project view. You have to click on Files then you will be able to see what you want to see. :)
or still not visible follow following steps :
User selects main menu Window.
User clicks menu item Reset Windows and all views are reset to their defaults.
Choose from IDE menu bar, Next to FILE---EDIT--VIEW---and then go to View option-- select show editor option
show "Editor Tool bar"(put tick mark to select)

How to hide this window in Eclipse?

Eclipse
Those are the Breadcrumbs. There's a toggle for them in the toolbar--the first of the two that are "on" in the image.

Hide Eclipse Menu Bar (auto-hide)

I'm trying to hide Eclipse menu bar to save some screen real estate. I found I can do this using perspectives but that would permanently take out the menu from that perspective. The behavior that I want to get is something along of auto-hide, so that the menu remains hidden until I hit ALT+F for example or any other ALT key combo.
Is there's a setting or a plugin that can do this?
Thanks!
This is just a work around. Create two perspectives.
First one named - With Menu.
Second one named - Without Menu.
In the "Without Menu" perspective remove all menu items and Save.
To create the effect of hiding and showing, switch between perspectives by using
Ctrl+F8.
Theres a fast view option- just right click the tab and select Fast View. It'll bring the entire window down to the eclipse taskbar. You can recover the window by just clicking on it's icon.

Have a look here Is there a Macro Recorder for Eclipse? You could set up the macro so respond to ALT+F possibly.

eclipse java editor view

I pressed right mouse button and accidentally selected SOMETHING which I cannot revert anymore. Now I have a small panel on top of my editor which shows a very detailed project layout (begins with project name and goes down till method declarations). I don't want that there. How do I remove it?
Please help! Thank you!
Edit: the panel seems to represent the type hierarchy of my project.
That is very simple.. 'Undo ' the breadcrumb option
