I am running a portal where I require my customers to use default which I will be emailing to them in separate email. Can you advise how I can do this? I am running Magento Community 1.7

We are trying the google workspace(GCPW) for sharing the msi package from google admin to multiple user.
Problems we are facing :-
In windows 10 home we have successfully created the custom policy of OMA URI to share the app, But msi package is not installing on users system as per expectation. Later i received an email from google that it will only support in windows 10 pro.
So I tried it on 2 windows 10 pro system and installed the GCPW installer on both the systems and it was successfully installed, But unfortunately GCPW login is not working please find the below errors i a having in both systems.
a. 1st System issue - This email isn't allowed to sign in. Try again with the account you use for work or school. If you still can't sign in, Contact administrator
2nd system issue - We cannot find the option to login using GCPW (Like Add work account with google logo).
Hope the issues is understanding correctly with you all guys, If need to understand it further please do let me know.

I use ownCloud to self-hosted the servers and I want to use OS users to log in to the ownCloud web UI so everyone who has access to the servers will have access to the ownCloud web UI without creating a new user in Owncloud.
If it's impossible, is there any alternative to ownCloud which can do that?

Except with emails. I just want to enable default emails, as described there. Unfortunately no email is sent my the website after an order confirmation for example.
I have several projects installed in my server, including Symfony projects. Usually emails work just fine
How can I enable emails for my Sylius projects?
check your config_dev.yml if you have disabled mail delivery for dev environment:

I have been using magento for a very long time, I have never had an issue with not being able to send emails. Although I am now running a store on magento 1.7.2 and I am experiencing issues with new orders not sending emails. All of my settings are set exactly like magento 1.7
