I am using Simdriveline components in Simscape. I would like to access the source code of these components. How can I do this?
For instance, I want to define a new vehicle body with more than 2 axes and different tire diameters.
As am304 pointed out, it is only possible to access the source code of Simscape components, not of the extensions such as SimMechanics, SimDriveline, SimHydraulics, SimElectronics, SimPowerSystems.

I created the parameter variation experiment to observe the changes in model outcome by changing specific parameter "ContactRateInfectious" values. Once I set the parameter values and Create default UI, no chart appeared. The image of my experiment page is given below.
I was expecting to see a chart that looked like this:
Let me know how can I achieve this.
Thank you.
You open the AnyLogic example models
You search for "Parameter Variation"
You open the first model you find (hint: it is called "Bass diffusion")
You copy the chart over
You figure out how they fill the chart from the model runs (see the Param-Var experiment properties in the example model)
You adapt it to your model
Done :)
Recently i've been working on this repository https://github.com/xiaodongliang/forgeviewer_embed_in_powerbi_report to build a custom visual in Power BI to visualize the issues extracted from Bim track'S API.
The idea was visualizing them in associaton to the model's ROOMS.
In order to do that I worked with a NWC file, so i cuold export rooms as a geometry.
What i would like to do now is to highligt the rooms if a connected issue is selected from a table.
The problem is When i select an issue from a table, in the selection tree i can see highlighted the parent object name (ROOM) instead of the child (solid), and i think that is why i can't achieve my purpose (if not please correct me).
what i have
what i wold like to do
Does anyone know a way to do that?
If you would like to change your selection between (FIRST_OBJECT, LAST_OBJECT, LEAF_OBJECT) you can change viewer selection settings in order to test:
If you would like to achieve this programmatically :
Viewer.setSelectionMode();
could help you as well.
If I well understood, you want to highlight the child (which contain the mesh) instead of the parent.
The object highlight (isolate) is done in /forgePowerbiView/src/visual.ts with this code:
const dbIds = options.dataViews[0].table.rows.map(r =>
<number>r[0].valueOf());
console.log('dbIds: ' +dbIds)
this.forge_viewer.showAll();
this.forge_viewer.impl.setGhostingBrightness(true); //for isolate effect
this.forge_viewer.isolate(dbIds);
Take a look at this link Enumerating leaf nodes on Viewer. This will help you to get the dbIds you want to isolate.
In AEM speak - what is the exact conceptual difference between between currentstyle and currentdesign objects available after including the tag in template / component?
Just to add some clarify to what's already here:
Global content (that is, component values that are common across multiple instances of the same template) are stored as "styles" and edited via a "design dialog".
They are stored as follows:
/etc/designs/<design>/jcr:content/<template>/<component>
So, for the component logo in the template homepage, using the default design:
currentStyle is /etc/designs/default/jcr:content/homepage/logo
currentDesign is /etc/designs/default
currentStyle is of type com.day.cq.wcm.api.designer.Style(1) whereas currentDesign is an instance of com.day.cq.wcm.api.designer.Design (2).
The Design object contains information about the design that is used with the current object, it is most of the time set in the cq:designPath property of the page's template.
If you have the Design object, you can get Style objects for each included Cell(3) from it. On the other hand you can get the surrounding Design, if you have the Style.
So the Design is something like a container object for the Styles used in the included Cells.
In this path
/etc/designs/geometrixx/jcr:content/page/image
image is a Cell, the design path is /etc/designs/geometrixx and the Style object attached to the Cell object has two properties: maxHeight and maxWidth.

(3): https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/5-6-1/javadoc/index.html?com/day/cq/wcm/api/designer/Cell.html
I would say it is more like:
/etc/designs/<design>/jcr:content/<resource-type-of-page>/<component>
so that different templates having the same page resource type will share the same style
I want to track changes with different Projects in Enterprise Architect.
The Project re-uses a multitude of architectural components in multiple instances. To track these dependencies we use a Tag in the Notes-Section of the component.
I would like to use the diagram filter to highlight components belonging to a certain sub-project with a tag in its "Notes" section.
Example:
Component 1 has "Proj_0805" in its Notes-Section
Component 2 has "Proj_0905, Proj_0805" in its Notes-Section
Component 3 has "" in its Notes-Section
Using the diagram filter i can highlight components with "Proj_0805".
I would like to be able to combine Highlighting-Conditions. For example highlight "Proj_.*"
Is there a way to do this with Enterprise Architect?
Cheers,
No, I don't think you can do that.
But of course you can send a feature request to Sparx to ask for it.
I am just starting out with dynatree (which is indeed v. cool), but I have a non-standard use for it: sorting terms from a long list into the hierarchical Dynatree. Specifically, I want to drag-and-drop from outside the Dynatree onto a Dynatree element--preferably exploiting Dynatree's spring-loaded folders rather than expecting the user to manually open the relevant categories beforehand.
Could I get some specific guidance on how to achieve my dreams?
Thanks,
Steve Upstill
One of he drag'n'drop samples seems to implement your use case:
You can drag the 'Drag me around' box over the right tree.
http://wwwendt.de/tech/dynatree/doc/sample-dnd3.html
The box is a simple query.draggable.
The tree receives the standard events (onDragEnter, onDragOver, onDrop, onDragLeave).
Make sure to enable the autoExpandMS option.
Hope this helps
