I have seen people integrated paypal payment with ionic, making payment just needs do a photo taking of the credit card. I would like to know if there is any SMS sent to the card holder for verification purpose, because the system will be used in offline business, having to key in SMS verification code will be a troublesome thing for customer. Does any friend have done paypal integration for offline business ?

So, i'm making a donation platform, kinda like gofund.me, where you can create a page and people can send you donations! Upon creating a page, it will ask you for your PayPal username/email. This is asked because every donation will be sent to the PayPal username/email provided.
Now, I want to enable Stripe payments for the donation page, so users can donate via using their Credit/Debit card... but I came across an issue.
Once they complete the transaction, how can I send the money that they donated via Stripe to the PayPal username/email that the donation page set up?
Is there an API for that? Thanks :)
BTW... I am using HTML, CSS, and JS for this project
There is no API to send money from Stripe to PayPal. To send money to a PayPal email, you are better off simply accepting the payment via PayPal Checkout, and either:
Sending it from your PayPal account (where you received it) via Payouts (if approved for the Payouts feature)
More simply, having the payer send it directly to the target PayPal account (payee) at checkout time
We are having major trouble when we pay using direct credit card payment from mobile application development. To the live transaction we cannot able to use direct credit card payment.
While using Credit Card: "The merchant does not accept payments of this type."
We are developing the mobile application using ionic framework. Using the ionic-paypal plugin we implemented and Sandbox flow has been verified success using Paypal REST API. For the live account not working. Paypal develper page i cannot able to enable the "credit card payment" from the following url "https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accountStatus"
Any additional permission require to live transaction or any other steps and solutions to complete this
PayPal REST API Credit Card payment instrument currently available for US and UK PRO account. If you tried with some other countries except from these two, you'll get an error.

I'm building a web application and I would like that each user could configure their necessary information about their PayPal accounts in order to receive payments from the app. Can this be done?
I've seen a website that asks each user to type their PayPal email in order to receive payments, but I don't know what I have to do programmatically in order to use that user's account information so that person receives the payment.
Thanks,
Brian
Yes, it is possible to do this using PayPal Website Payments integration. Essentially your client needs to set their PayPal account up to receive payments, this usually requires them to prove that they're a legitimate business, although charities and some other personal reasons for taking payments such as wedding gifts are allowed as well.
Once setup they will be given a unique vendor id which can be embedded into a form on your website. When a customer wants to purchase something, this vendor id is passed to paypal and they handle the transaction from there. This means you don't have to store any credit card information on your website.

I want to implement like this application
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/paypodd/id341546114?mt=8
Different kind of credit card payment through PayPal in my native iPhone application. I searched, most documents in paypal sites, they are showing, I need to entry paypal account/email address also to transact. But upon the application, I can see, directly he entered only credit card name, careditcard type, cvv and amount for his transaction?
Anybody any idea? How i implement this??
That application is using the PayFlow Pro merchant API:
https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/howto_gateway_payflowpro
Note that PayFlow Pro requires an existing merchant account -- you can't just use it to send money to your Paypal account. (This is probably why the iOS application you linked to has had poor reviews: the description doesn't make it clear that the application is useless on its own.)
Hi i am integrating paypal web payments standard into my shopping cart using the setup where you just send a form to paypal with all the values in hidden fields. I want to enable the option that allows people to make payments even if they are not a registered paypal user. I am sure i read somewhere in the paypal documentation but now i can't find it.
Thanks a lot
Andrew
Yes it is do-able. You can find all the info on paypal site. Here's one:
Website Payments Standard: Integration Overview
However there's one catch. If the buyer uses an email or a credit card that was registered in Paypal before, he/she will be forced to login. Else a new email address or card number has to be used.
