You can't, it's a system app that manages personal data, let it fall in the wrong hands could be a very big problem.

However, it is preinstalled app for each iOS device and it is no way to install/delete it and no "ipa" is available too. This app is protected by iOS operating system.

What you need is Ad Hoc distribution. You could also use a tool as Testflight, and let your other users download your app over the air.

Finally, you can just send them an .ipa if you don't have a server (you can get that from XCode) and they can drag it into iTunes to install the application. It will sync the next time they sync their devices to their computer

Ad hoc distribution of my iPad app

I have created an iPad app which I want to send to another branch of my company. I have .app file which I want to send to him.
Does this colleague have to do anything special other than drop this file into iTunes and install on the device?
Does he need to have a Mac with Xcode any everything or how do I got about this? I won't have physical address to his device.
EDIT: This is just a once off thing. I only want to demo something to him.

After that, you just need to send out the .app and the .mobileprovision. Both the files need to be dragged into iTunes. Check if Sync apps is enabled and that your app is selected. Hit sync and it should work.
You don't need Xcode or a Mac to install an ad-hoc-provisioned app. All your users need is iTunes.
You need to have your users send you their UUIDs, which you then need to register in Apple's provisioning portal. Download the updated profile and be sure to link to it when building your app for distribution.
I have heard of people having trouble installing .app files. The safest option is to chose "build and archive" from the build menu. This will create an ipa file that can be installed through iTunes. If you open the Xcode organizer after building and archiving, you can select your new ipa and save it to file, or send it by e-mail straight from Xcode.

How do I compile my app for submission to the app store?

I have an iPhone app that I've developed and I'm ready to submit it to the app store. I've read the iTunes Connect Developer Guide, but there's nowhere that specifies exactly how to go from an app in XCode to a binary uploaded to the app store.
Is anyone who has done this able to guide me here?

Go to your Target (The blue print looking thing) and go to "Build settings" make sure that the code signing is under "Distribution" and the mobile provisioning profile you are using is set to "App store". This can be checked by logging into the developer portal and looking at the provisions you have under the "Distribution Tab". Make sure to do "Clean" then build the app.
Once done navigate over to the project folder and find the folder that has the xxx.app in it.
Zip this folder (Since .app is a folder its self) and you are done!
You are ready to submit!
Just make sure to double check the guidelines for submission since the approval process is really slow (up to 4 Days!) so if you get rejected you have to wait the wait again.

You can, by Jailbreaking your iPhone and then installing the AppSync program from Cydia. Then you can either build your app as a release and drag it into iTunes and sync your phone or change some settings (look it up on google, putting Xcode project on jailbroken device) in the Xcode project settings and open the organizer window and click on the use for development button on the device's page.
Jailbreaking your device will void your warranty if Apple find out (ie if you go into a shop and ask them to fix your device if it ever breaks without clicking restore in itunes to unjailbreak it)

The dev tools (Xcode/Interface Builder) are all free, but without the dev programme subscription you will not be able to put your app onto a physical device, only the emulator.
But no, you do not need to distribute your app via the app store to deploy it to your own phone. However, if you do not distribute the app via the app store then it ultimately doesn't get digitally signed by Apple and when your provisioning profile expires you will not be able to run the app on your phone until you have renewed the provisioning profile.
