I have been trying to create a Kubernetes Cluster with my Bluemix account owner but always getting the following error upon creation:
IBM Cloud Infrastructure exception: Your account is currently prohibited from order 'Computing Instances'.
Any idea what the issue is? There seems to be no direct way to getting support from Public Bluemix to address this issue. We opened a ticket but it has not been addressed.
You should contact IBM Bluemix Support for this kind of question. Before you login to the Bluemix Console, there is a Support link.
From the look of the exception. It seen like you are trying to create a "second" kubernetes cluster. If this is what you are trying to do, you will need a SoftLayer account; or your ID in your SoftLayer account is not setup properly.
You need admin rights to create clusters in Bluemix. Just makes sure that you get the admin status and it should work for you. The normal permissions granted to you are that of an user. Hope this helps
I'm leveraging API Connect service on Bluemix and keep facing following issue multiple times so wanted to know, where to go and troubleshoot these sort of issues quickly on Bluemix ? Please let me know if you need any additional details.
Could not process the API request. See the server log for more information, or contact your administrator.
Error ID: 5851d7e30cf27aa48695c426
In addition to this, since we don't have access to runtime component (DataPower) so how to troubleshoot runtime issues ?
Have you tried the Bluemix docs? The API Connect docs include a troubleshooting section. There is also documentation on the DataPower Connector.
I am trying to add Blockchain service (Starter Developer Plan) to my Bluemix account (megjain9#in.ibm.com). While I select to create an instance, I am getting an error as shown in below screen shot.
Could you please check and advise the needful?
Blockchain Service Error on Bluemix
Thanks,
Megha
The Blockchain service is currently experiencing an outage, due to a network failure.
Service status is listed on the https://developer.ibm.com/bluemix/support/#status, check this page for updates on a resolution.
Unable to login to a newrelic service bound to a bluemix app, returns a Login Failed ! message on the browser
The bluemix app is hooked up to a SSO service, I was able to login to same newrelic instance 2 days ago, now for some reason it stopped working.
Is there a way to get this working without deleting this instance of newrelic ?
You may be encountering an issue with Bluemix restarting services to address a newly identified security vulnerability. See the status updates for individual services here: https://developer.ibm.com/bluemix/maint151023/
Is there a system status page for Google Cloud Platform services? When experiencing issues where can we look for system status information?
For example, i changed the tier for a Google Cloud SQL instance and it went inaccessible for 12h. The next day the same operation took a couple of minutes as expected.
I found https://code.google.com/status/appengine but not for other products (e.g. Google Cloud SQL).
The Cloud Status Dashboard is the canonical resource for Google Cloud Platform service status, and it does provide information for Cloud SQL.
there is an experimental status page at [1] but actually is provided for test purposes only.
I suggest you to subscribe to Google Groups as they are updated with issues reports, Cloud SQL announce group is available at [2].

Paolo
