Build path is incomplete. Cannot find class file for org/apache/commons/fileupload/FileItemFactory - apache-commons-fileupload

Question

I'm working on a project using Spring MVC. I'd like to load images. For that i'v added the dependencies:
commons-fileupload
commons-fileupload
1.3
commons-io
commons-io
2.4
And i got the error in my servlet-context:
Build path is incomplete. Cannot find class file for org/apache/commons/fileupload/FileItemFactory.
I've tried all version for commons-fileupload and commons-io and i still have the some error
