There is no ggplot function run inside the RMarkdown but there is ggplot error when I tried to traceback(). However there is an error Error:127, any solution?
Googling the error message indicates that ‘status 127’ means that commands are not being found.

I have been successfully building an image for many days now. I add all of my custom files to GitLab. I have not knowingly made changes to my build environment. I am now getting errors can can not build my image. Can anyone understand what this error is telling me? I have tried looking it up but nothing seems to work.

If you get an error similar to this delete your build folder. Then recreate it. For NXP devices they give you the command
DISTRO=fsl-imx-fb MACHINE=imx6ull14x14evk source imx-setup-release.sh -b build-fb
Save your local.conf and bblayers.bb file to git or to a new location.
Delete the build-fb folder and re-run the command above. Pull in any changes from git or files saved elsewhere.
Re-run bitbake. This got my workspace back. Because you are not deleting any of the downloads folders the build takes little time. All the time is spent compiling sources.

(1) Invalid argument: Not enough time for target transition sequence (required: 28, available: 24)0You can turn this error into a warning by using the flag ignore_longer_outputs_than_inputs
Following worked for me
Go to
DeepSpeech/training/deepspeech_training/train.py
Now look for following particular line (Normally in 240-250)
total_loss = tfv1.nn.ctc_loss(labels=batch_y, inputs=logits, sequence_length=batch_seq_len)
Change it to as following
total_loss = tfv1.nn.ctc_loss(labels=batch_y, inputs=logits, sequence_length=batch_seq_len, )

I had the same problem and it was happening because my SECTION variable in my recipe was empty (SECTION=""). I attributed any value to it, like SECTION = "a", and it fixed the problem.
I had the same problem and realized that my system had some missing prerequisites defined here: https://docs.yoctoproject.org/3.3.3/ref-manual/system-requirements.html
Executing following command solved my problem:
sudo apt-get install gawk wget git diffstat unzip texinfo gcc build-essential chrpath socat cpio python3 python3-pip python3-pexpect xz-utils debianutils iputils-ping python3-git python3-jinja2 libegl1-mesa libsdl1.2-dev pylint3 xterm python3-subunit mesa-common-dev
I am a beginner in Yocto project. I am trying to build the image for Beaglebone Black Board with command-line: bitbake core-image-sato -c populate_sdk and I had an error (the detail in the below) in last task.
Enviroment build: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, using Bash Shell instead of Dash Shell.
I tried to build again many times but still facing same error. Anybody can help me to fix this error?

Exit code 137 means something killed xz during the build. You may be running out of memory: check dmesg after this happens, there might be a log line about out-of-memory killer.
Had the same problem and could make it go away with XZ_MEMLIMIT="75%" bitbake image-name -c do_populate_sdk. The bitbake.conf in my version of Yocto defaults XZ_MEMLIMIT to 50%.
Had the same problem and none of the usual methods, like, deleting hidden repo file worked.
I then clean the build using bitbake -c clean mybuildname and then again made the build and it worked flawlessly, I hope it helps someone.
I have been working on trying to get a value with a custom MIB through SNMP following this tutorial. I'm using net-snmp 5.7.3. I have used this MIB along with the corresponding codes with this.
My setup: I have two VM's, both Ubuntu 16, one is snmp-server with IP:192.168.5.20 and the other snmp-agent with IP:192.168.5.21.
I did MIBS=ALL and export MIBS. On the agent, I have successfully compiled my MIB and got the expected output. My code files are in the path /home/snmp-agent/Desktop/proj/net-snmp-5.7.3/agent/mibgroup/. I reconfigure mthe net-snmp like this:
./configure --with-mib-modules="pingCtlTable pingResultsTable pingProbeHistoryTable"
make
make install
Everything worked fine. And when I do snmptranslate on the agent I get:
root#snmpagent:~# snmptranslate -On DISMAN-PING-MIB::pingResultsTable
.1.3.6.1.2.1.80.1.3
root#snmpagent:~# snmptranslate -On DISMAN-PING-MIB::pingCtlTable

Output on the server, when I do this:

But when I run snmpget, from the server, I get this error for all the three:
snmpget -v2c -c public 192.168.5.21 DISMAN-PING-MIB::pingCtlTable.0
DISMAN-PING-MIB::pingCtlTable = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID

So accordingly when I follow the output of snmpwalk, I get:
root#snmp-server:# snmpget 192.168.5.22 DISMAN-PING-MIB::pingFullCompliance.15.46.49.46.51.46.54.46.49.46.50.46.49.46.56.48

I don't understand why I have such a long OID? What is pingFullCompliance.15.46.49.46.51.46.54.46.49.46.50.46.49.46.56.48 ? Where am I going wrong? Can anyone please point me in the right direction... Thank you.
