Recently I read Open Epic API.We have a mobile App that just keep users and their family's health records.
Now some of our clients need to share this data to their Epic EHR .I think it is possible to use Epic web services to insert a user records to epic from a 3rd party app.But I did'nt find any more documentation regarding this.
My Questions are here
1)Is it possible to update a a users basic health records from our app to Epic using Open epic web service ?
2)From where i get the Web service documentations ?details like API endpoint , parameters , return types etc
3)What all details i need to connect to an epic account through web service?

I created a free service that permits to control a French set-top box (which provides different services like TV, playing media, Netflix, …).
This set-top is a 3rd party product for me because I do not own the material, but because the constructor provides an API I've been able to create a service from end-to-end that controls the box. The box provider doesn't have any service published on Google to control their box and they do not plan to do it in the future.
I tested everything with my own Google Home account and everything is working fine. I'd now like to deploy/publish my service to all my users in Google Home… While I'm filling all the steps to publish my project, it's asking me to complete a form (Smart Home Certification form), but at the top of the form it says: “if your action is non-commercial (personal/hobby project) or you are implementing only the SCENE trait, do not submit the form.”
My action is non-commercial (it's a free service) and I'm maintaining it on my personal time (hobby project), so I'm not supposed to submit the form. But if I don't, then I cannot have my service published/deployed?!
Is it possible to publish a Smart Home Action without being a company that sells products/pays a developer to maintain the service?
For your information, I already published an Alexa Skill for this service 1 year ago and it works very well. I was waiting for Google to publish the Channel trait in French to release it. Right now I have to ask my users to create applets in IFTTT to make the service works with Google, which is not optimal and very painful…
I tried to reach to the ha-certification Google team but no answer after 2 weeks… So maybe someone in the community would already have experimented the same case as me!

Am using Moodle for online quizzes locally in a lap environment.
I am facing a problem with students sharing log in credentials in the exam. so am searching for a solution that will associate every user with a single ip address for a period of time. is there is any way from moodle to do this.
This may not be possible to completely prevent without writing a new plugin to cache the login and restrict any new logins for a period of time. IP address probably isn't the best way to do this, as multiple students could be using the same IP address if sharing something like a WiFi connection at a campus or public location.
However, you can make it a little more difficult.
1.) Enable the "Limit concurrent logins" setting. You can find this in Site Administration > Plugins > Authentication > Manage Authentication.
2.) Try this plugin. It will cache login information for a student when accessing a quiz and prevent another computer from logging in to the same account from continuing that same quiz.
3.) Use some sort of single-sign-on service which you can connect with Moodle via a SAML2 plugin like this one. Look for a service that provides the specific functionality you're asking for.
4.) Use multi-factor authentication. You can combine this with option #3 above or look for a plugin supported by your current version of Moodle. Lambda Solutions appears to have a commercial product for this. There is also an older plugin on Moodle's site that you could get a developer to update for you.

I think that correctly modified WordPress would do the trick.
You will have to extend it's functionality with plugins. There are some nice ones for PayPal subscription and advanced Q forms making. Built in functionality will allow you to manage users and additional plugins of either your or others authorship will allow you to easily connect with JSON POST/GET requests depending what your specific needs are.
WordPress is very neat, has a great developing community, and you may create beautiful designs with it.
But system like Joomla is also very "customizable", with enough time spent you will have the features you need.
I'm sorry if that's not what you were looking for, but there will never be a 100% match to features you have specified.

I work for a University and we currently have an institutional portal (based on uPortal).
We currently have our local IMAP server and webmail client fully integrated with the portal. We would like to replicate the current portal e-mail experience with the new e-mail services. At present users can see a snapshot of their inbox in the portal and click through into the appropriate place in the webmail client.
We expect that we need to solve similar problems when integrating with the cloud based e-mail solutions.
We need to solve the single sign-on (SSO) problem.
We need to be able to access the inbox messages on the users behalf. (e.g. proxy authentication)
Does anybody have an experience or advice on this?

Not sure what programming language you can use, however you can download the source code for some MOSS web parts for live#edu to give you an idea how to code them, they use SSO.
