Drupal 8 - Repeatable Form Fields - forms

I am looking to build a module in Drupal 8 after having used Joomla. The issue I'm having is that I can't seem to find a way to configure additional fields where required. Similar to this method in Joomla if possible so that I can add more of the same fields e.g multiple contact number boxes.

It is recommended to use Paragraph instead of field collection for Drupal 8 projects.

Check
Field Collection
It's drupal entity based module that allow you to create repeater fields.
You can create group of fields and embed them into existing content types.
example:
Your Collection:
Item 1:
title
body
image
Item 2:
title
body
image
Add another item

How do we POST custom fields from multiple categories in Workfront

I have two custom forms A1,A2,A3 and fields a1,a2,a3 in the forms respectively. I want to create a new project with custom fields from the forms A1, A2. How should we include multiple categoryID in the POST URL
/attask/api/v10.0/PROJ?fields=parameterValues&name=XXX&DE:a1=hello&DE:a2=hello1&categoryID=<A1/A2 category ID - How should i fill it.>
I tried adding this paramter but no luck categoryIDs=5d10971f0022b132ec67f6fb6c60b3a4,5d07244000060f86c04b49527f1
I got the following error "message": "APIModel V10_0 does not support field categoryIDs (Project)"
If you attempt to set a custom field value on an object that does not yet have that field associated to it (no form on the object that contains the field), Workfront will automatically attach an appropriate form. If those forms are the only ones that utilize your fields, you should be able to simply set the field values and be done with it.
However, if you wish to attach specific custom forms without filling out the fields, or if you have a field associated with multiple forms and you want to ensure a specific form is attached, you must first attach the form(s) in one call and then update the fields in another.
To attach a custom form,
PUT <Workfront URL.../<objectID?updates={objectCategories:[{categoryID:`"<custom form ID>`",categoryOrder:<order of form, starting with 0>,objCode:`"CTGY`"}]}
Please note that this will remove any forms not explicitly specified in this call (it does not append) so you'll need to capture any existing forms and re-apply them.
Below API call worked
POST <Workfront URL.../<object>?updates={objectCategories:[{categoryID:`"<custom form ID1>`",categoryOrder:<order of form, starting with 0>,objCode:`"CTGY`"},{categoryID:`"<custom form ID2>`",categoryOrder:<order of form, starting with 0>,objCode:`"CTGY`"}]],name:"`<object_name>`", DE:a1:"hello", DE:a2:"hello1"}

n-n relationships for multiple content types

I'm working on a project based on Laravel 5.3 and Backpack CRUD. My project has about 8 different content types (news, page, portfolio, events, team, video, gallery, jobs).
I need to be able to add tags to every content type (n-n), and every content type has its own specific tags, so tags are NOT shared between the content types.
If I want to use the select_multiple or select2_multiple field type, I would need 8 tables for the content itself, 8 pivot tables, and 8 tables for the tags(!).
Obviously I would like to have just one table for the tags, but if I use the select_multiple or select2_multiple field type, I get all tags in the edit-form of every content type.
So, my question is: Is there an elegant way to filter the results of the select_multiple or select2_multiple field type?
I have created a simple schema with two content types:
http://dbdesigner.net/designer/schema/60412
In this example I want to be able to filter the tag list on content_type_id, when I'm editing the content of news or page. So I just want to see the news tags in the news-edit form, and just the page tags, in the page-edit form.
Or maybe I should just use the select_multiple field type as intended, and accept the 8 tag tables(?)
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
I think a clean way would be to:
create different models for each tag use, so NewsTag, PageTag, PortfolioTag etc. that would only extend the Tag model and use a global scope to filter the results after content_type_id;
use backpack select2_multiple fields with NewsTag, PageTag, PortfolioTag etc; anything you set on the Tag model will be used (including the table attribute, mutators, accessors, etc);
Cheers!

TYPO3 / Formhandler / Make formhandler records editable?

Is it possible to make formhandler records editable and even show and sort by
- lets say - name and lastname in TYPO3 BE?
Thanks in advance.
I lately made a dummy extbase extension for a customer. Formhandler stores its data in these tables. Thus they are accessible as usual in the backend. They are sortable and editable and anything you like.
Have a look at http://typo3blogger.de/newsletteranmeldung-mit-formhandler-turchen-14/ There I have created an example how to create records in TYPO3 with formhandler and Finisher_DB. In newer versions please use Finisher\DB
Here are all properties of the Finisher\DB of formhandler:
http://www.typo3-formhandler.com/documentation/finisher/finisherdb/
Use ifIsEmpty to fill up fields with a default value. F.e. if you don't have this field in your form.
at http://pi-phi.de/formhandler.html I documented (in german) how I used formhandler to generate tt_news records with categories.
the tt_news records needs a confirmation of an admin, so the admin gets a mail

In SharePoint How to create a form that changes based on a drop down selection

I need to create a dynamic form/workflow in SharePoint. What I am trying to do is create a form that has a drop-down selector with 2 options Projects and Proposals. Depending on which of those two the submitter chooses the form will change which fields are displayed in the form below them.
The goal is the have the form populate 1 list and just populate different fields depending on the form type chosen.
Is this easily doable?
Our SharePoint environment is being provided by Microsoft's Office365 solution.
Did you try Content Types ? You'll not get drop-down (however I've seen drop-down for document libraries with content types), but you can achieve your target: when creating new item you can select which type of item to create (Project or Proposal) and when you'll get fields according to that content type. All data will be stored in the same table.

can i add multiple value in field ? (please see an image)

I need to do the stock management website with 2 Content type Supplier and Product. First I add contents in Supplier content type. Then I add node reference field in Product content type and call it supplier and make it multiple value. it's looks good, i can select suppliers and save it. but in my concept i need to check which supplier sale this product and how price. so i need to add suppliers and price in the same form like my image.
the propose of this form, user can check how price of each supplier for this product and they can choose the lowest price for purchase in the next process.
Guys, did you have the idea that i can do like this ?
Based on your image attached, I'd assume you have Druapl 7.
You can do this by installing Field Collection module. To get the table-input, install Field Collection Table.
Core Fields can have multiple instances of the same field. But you can't group them and make the whole group a multi-instance group.
Drupal 6 required CCK module to have fields, and there was a MultiGroup module (CCK 3branch which never had a stable release) that does the similar for Drupal 6.
Although OP will not need this, dear Googler if you are looking for a simple table with text fields, try TableField module
