iTextSharp PDFForm Radio Button format change - itext

We have a library of PDF forms which we're filling with variable content in text, check box and radio button form fields. Since the form is a template, we use the PDFStamper to perform the form fills. Everything is filling and checking appropriately. The problem we have is that the Radio Button controls are set up (in the form) to display a check mark and not the conventional dot within a circle. When filling the form manually with Acrobat reader, the buttons appear as check boxes however; after filling with iText PDFStamper, the resulting PDF radio buttons revert to their conventional style (dot within a circle).
Is this a bug or is it the intended functionality? Is there a work around. We are currently on V5.5.8. I know in previous version(s) the formatting was maintained.
Thanks for any help .

Default Colour on Radio Buttons

I am putting together a simple form for a friend and they want when a button is selected to change from amber, too green.
I have attached PDF to give an idea of what I am looking for. Much like a data validation on excel, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to do it.
Default: Amber
when clicked: Green
It is certainly possible with PDFs to do that since the appearance of a form field is defined by arbitrary drawing instructions.
However, whether you can do that with a PDF editor wholely depends on the capabilities of the PDF editor.

Is there any valid way to show an input without a border in SAPUI5?

I am working on a SAPUI5 app in which we do not want to add custom css to. Currently we are displaying text in a form which does not have the same height and styling as the inputs.
I'd prefer to change the text to an input with a pre-filled value so everything in the form has consistent styling but I need to differentiate that this should be treated as text.
The easiest way to do this is to remove the border but I cannot find away of doing this without creating custom css.
I tried borderDesign="None" but this does not affect inputs.

Non Editable element in TinyMCE (related to Mathjax)

I'm building an extended editor around TinyMCE and I have to implement a Math formula module. I've choosen Mathjax for formula rendering, using plain html/css. So far, I've managed to create a plugin that popup a panel with a textarea, you can enter your latex in, there's a preview in the panel.
Once you validate the formula, it's injected into tinymce content. This new content is A LOT of spans with inlined styles, and OF COURSE, I don't want tinymce to be able to edit that directly. (sidenote: we only store latex, not the rendered html output from mathjax)
Basically, I want that a piece of html inside Tinymce to be ignored totally, but displayed in place. I want my carret to be able to move before that piece of html, and after, but not inside.
The "non editable content" plugin seems to be close of what I'm looking for, but it has some limitation (you can't ADD no editable content on the fly, having nested html content inside an element flagged as "non editable" broke some things, etc.)
Is someone could help with that ? I started to tweak the non editable plugin, but it's really really hard to understand existing code. Has someone already did something like that, or is there another third party plugin ?
thanks

iText Flatten PDF

I have PDF template with a large text-box. Based on the size of the content, the textbox comes-up with a vertical scroll bar. But issue comes up when I flatten the PDF using PDFStamper, the text box does not have the scroll bar and user see only half of the content.
Is there way to allow scroll bar in the text box after flatten the pdf?
Please note that while designing the textbox in the template we have enabled scroll bar option.
No. Flattening a PDF effectively disables interactivity. What your printer kicks out is what you see on screen. One work around is to drop the font size on the field for long items. Another option is to make the PDF read-only instead flattening it. See this post from the office iText mailing list for more.

Is there a Zend_Form_Element that renders a plain div with some content?

Working on a bunch of forms at the moment and I'm finding that I want to be able to split a form into sections with some text in between. Is there a Zend_Form_Element that simply allows me to place some text mixed in with my form (not as a label or description linked to an individual input)?
Thanks!
I think there's not.
Although, you can do one of the following things:
If the text inbetween is more like a title, you can group them in display groups.
If you want to put a lot of text then you'll have to write your own custom form element.
If you choose the second option beware of your form decorations. If you want the text to be from side to side of the page (ie. without the labels space to the left and not aligned to the rest of the input forms) you'll probably have to disable default decorators and set new ones.
