EMC Documentum platform have application connectors as product which is installed on top of the platform. Currently they cover only Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. However you have SDK which you can use to built your own application connectors - which is exactly what you need.
You have documentation available here (EMC support site login reuired):

Cannot find tREST_request and tREST_response components in Talend for Data Integration v 7.3.1.20200219_1130

I'm using Talend for Data Integration v 7.3.1.20200219_1130 and I want to use tREST_request and tREST_response as server side in order to convert an Excel file to XML file.
My problem is that I cannot find both components in ESB section, as described in Talend documentation, I looked also in "Palette Settings", there's only tRESTClient.
I'm wondering if this is a version problem (those components are omitted in this version) or those components are not avaible in free version?
You have to download Talend Open Studio for ESB in order to get those components.
I don't know why, but this version is not available anymore on talend website. You have to go to sourceforge to find it.
https://sourceforge.net/projects/talendesb/
With Talend Open Studio for ESB you can develop job to provide services (through tRestRequest/tRestResponse components, are SOAP components), as well as developing classic Talend Data Integration jobs.

Using Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word in Asp.net core 1.0 is not supported?

Syncfusion File Format libraries for reading, writing and manipulating Word, Excel, PDF and PowerPoint files, will be capable of being used with ASP.NET Core 1.0 from their upcoming release. Please create an thread in their support system to get more details about it.
Note: I work for Syncfusion.
Microsoft does not currently recommend, and does not support, Automation of Microsoft Office applications from any unattended, non-interactive client application or component (including ASP, ASP.NET, DCOM, and NT Services), because Office may exhibit unstable behavior and/or deadlock when Office is run in this environment.
If you are building a solution that runs in a server-side context, you should try to use components that have been made safe for unattended execution. Or, you should try to find alternatives that allow at least part of the code to run client-side. If you use an Office application from a server-side solution, the application will lack many of the necessary capabilities to run successfully. Additionally, you will be taking risks with the stability of your overall solution. Read more about that in the Considerations for server-side Automation of Office article.
As a workaround you may consider using the Open XML SDK, see Welcome to the Open XML SDK 2.5 for Office for more information. Or just any third-party components designed for the server-side use.
I am using .Net Core 1.1 and found this Open XML SDK library to work.
See: https://github.com/OfficeDev/Open-XML-SDK
You will need to get the latest CI build via nuget from this feed:

Can I design web or HTML pages(with Javascript & css support) using IBM Bluemix?

We are new to IBM Bluemix & Cloud based PAAS.
We are learning about application development & deployment in IBM Bluemix.
Our Target technology stack is Java, PHP, Python, Javascript, CSS (Style sheet for web pages).
Can I design web or HTML pages(with Javascript & css support) using IBM Bluemix ?
If this option is present, then I can develop web pages faster and get my applications immediately to prospective customers.
All the technologies you have mentioned can be supported in Bluemix by using various buildpacks. For the HTML based project (Javascript + css) you can use the Liberty Runtime. Just go to the Catalog and create an application using the Liberty Runtime. This will give you a skeleton of HTML application you can build on.

is it possible to integrate a desktop application in a Web application?

I have retail POS (Place of service) system implemented in .net and java swing versions. This is desktop application. Is it possible to integrate this into Web portal/application using some EAI/ middleware tools? or is there any approach to make it online with out redeveloping UI?
What kind of integration are you talking about? If about accessing data from/to then that should be feasible and there can be plenty of approach/tools/solutions for the same.
or is there any approach to make it
online with out redeveloping UI?
You can look at virtualized applications/desktops solutions (e.g Citrix XenApp, VMware Desktop as Service) where your desktop applications can be made available over internet.

Integrating SugarCRM with Microsoft Exchange Server

What I need is a connector for integrating SugarCRM with Microsoft Exchange server.
I am using SugarCRM CE 6.0.2
There are several solutions of integrating/synchronizing SugarCRM with Microsoft Exchange Server.
The first one as you pointed out is using the open source implementation of Microsoft Exchange Server's protocols from OpenChange. A complete tutorial is posted at the accelerate4.com site you mentioned above.
The official SugarCRM go-to way is using a Riva Integration Server. However there are several applications/plug-ins for synchronizing available: J-ExSync, ZuckerExchange, whereas I don't know about their quality. You might want to search through the application list on SugarForge.
