how to get threaddump from core dump with wait thread info - thread-dump

I'm using java 1.6 on solaris machine.
I used the following command to get threaddump from a core file /usr/java/bin/jstack -J-d64 /usr/java/bin/java core
I got the following output, which shows the thread is in state of BLOCKED, but it does not show what thread it is waiting.

pyspark on emr with boto3, copy of s3 object result with Futures timed out after [100000 milliseconds]

I have a pyspark application that will transform csv to parquet and before this happen I'm copying some S3 object from a bucket to another.
pyspark with spark 2.4, emr 5.27, maximizeResourceAllocation set to true
I have various csv files size, from 80kb to 500mb.
Nonetheless, my EMR cluster (it doesn't fail on local with spark-submit) fails at 70% completion on a file that is 166mb (a previous at 480mb succeeded).
The job is simple:

I'm completely blind, I don't understand what is failing / why.
How can I figure that out? On local it works like a charm (but super slow of course)

After many tries I can confirm that the function:
s3.meta.client.copy(copy_source, S3_DESTINATION_RAW_BUCKET, new_path)
make the EMR cluster timeout, even tho it processed 80% of the files already.
Does anyone have a recommendation about this?

This will fail for any source object larger than 5 GB. please use multipart upload in AWS. See https://boto3.amazonaws.com/v1/documentation/api/latest/reference/services/s3.html#multipartupload

SCTP stay Disconnected

I am trying to install and execute JSS7 Stack over eclipse-EE from local Linux

VSTS Release: NuGet Publisher Step Fails

I'm playing with Release features in Visual Studio Online. My project is built into a nuget package that I would like to publish to a nuget feed.
I'm successfully building nuget package and publish it into Artifacts and I can see required file when I try to browse Artifacts. Then I switch into VSO Release and as part of release I have Nuget Publisher step:
I'm using VSO internal nuget feed with address like this:
https://mytenant.pkgs.visualstudio.com/DefaultCollection/_packaging/myfeedname/nuget/v3/index.json
When I create new release this step fails:

Obviously nuget file path is not being passed to the script. Also I have tried to specify exact path to the nuget (selected from dropdowns):

But got the same error.
This step only fails when I use it in VSO Release. When I use Nuget Publisher step as a build step and specify same nuget feed address and "Path/Pattern to nupkg" as **\bin\MyPackageName.*.nupkg, I get the package published to the feed.
Any idea how to fix this error for VSO Release?

This was a bug in the NuGet Publisher task. It was fixed with our Sprint 94 deployment.

java.io.IOException: Wrong index checksum, store was not closed properly and could be corrupted

I encountered the exception after restarting Jetty, which contains producer-consumer implementation via MapDB's Queue. I haven't call "DBMaker.transactionDisable()", but why did I still get the above exceptions?
Before I restarted Jetty, I found the consumer seems blocked. By jstack command, I got lots of following logs:
