For example I have a website on which there is a seller and a buyer. Is it possible for the buyer to pay directly to the seller(not through me)?
To make the link between a payment button and the Paypal account that will receive the funds, we use the e-mail address of the seller's Paypal account.
For example if you have payment buttons on your website and you want the money to go to the seller's directly, you can use the e-mail address of the specific seller's Paypal account in each buttons.

i want to make a website where a seller can create his products and the buyer can pay directly to his paypal account. i know how to use the IPN notification for a lonely business account per website. Do i have to ask all my seller to configure my IPN Url in their paypal account? or is it enough to use this " $this->paypal->add_field('notify_url',www.site.com/ipn_paypal'));"?
I am just asking if there is another requirement for seller to make this type of sites. Does paypal allow this?
I have Paypal India Business account. I am using Express Checkout on my magento store and many customers are unable to make payment.
When they redirect to Paypal's billing page and pay via Paypal account they get
We can't complete your purchase at this time. Please return to merchant.
There are clients from US, UK and Australia. I talked to Paypal support and they said that there is no problem with my Paypal's account.
Please help me as I can't tell my customers to try out different things to make payments.
This will require a quick peek in the PayPal configuration and also the PayPal account , what is the website URL and PayPal account email address?
please also share the PayPal URL when the merchant is redirected to PayPal
Is it possible to send a payment through PayPal, where the payment originates as an ACH payment, and then is sent to a PayPal account holder, without having to originate the payment from a PayPal account?
Put differently — we would like to send a payment to a PayPal account holder, without first having to pull the money into our own PayPal account. We process payments via ACH, and we'd prefer to not have to deposit the funds into our PayPal account before transferring them to the destination PayPal account. We'd prefer to be able to deposit them directly into the PayPal account.
Is that possible?
The only way to do that would be to have a 3rd party user add your bank account to their PayPal account so they could submit deposits directly into their PayPal account from your bank. I'm guessing that's not what you're after.
If you simply submit a regular PayPal payment, though, while it will technically flow through the PayPal account it would go directly to the receiver's PayPal account instantly as long as you have a credit card associated with your PayPal account. This is much faster than ACH and protects your bank account details from receivers as well, so that's really what I would recommend anyway.
The only disadvantage I can see to having it flow through PayPal is may an additional entry for your accountant to deal with in the books (transfer from bank to PayPal, then payment from PayPal to vendor) but that is not a very big problem. The advantages far outweigh that in my opinion.
I have Premiere account that is verified and I can accept PayPal payments.
But when I create donate or buy now button and click on it I see that non users have to create their PayPal account to pay me. How to enable them to pay to me without they having account?
I guess there is some option for that but I can't find it. Does anyone use it?
You would need to make sure that you have PayPal account optional turned on in your account. You can turn this on by logging into your account and going into your profile settings. Then go to my selling tools and then into website payment perferences. The option to turn PayPal account on should be at the bottom of the page.
When user will pay via credit card, he have to have a PayPal account?

Premier and Business account holders may optionally set that their customers are NOT required to sign in with their PayPal account.
I have a question regarding PayPal integration with my website. I have a Premier account with PayPal. I tried integrating it with my website by adding a 'Buy Now' button. When I click on it it asks the end user to create a PayPal account. However, I want the users to be able to make a payment directly with their credit/debit card without creating a PayPal account.
I am not a technical guy, so I might have missed out on something. I want to know if it is possible to integrate paypal without me having to code something technically. Kindly advise.
According to PayPal, buyers do not need a PayPal account to pay you:
They can pay with their credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.

To create the button, simply visit PayPal's button creator wizard and supply the required information. Once submitted, PayPal will autogenerate the HTML for you. See: Create PayPal payment button
This happened because the account was a PayPal account in UAE, and this feature is not enabled there yet.
