How to know job overrunning in Control-M - server

If a job which should take max 2 hours to execute but it takes more than it ,how should i know that ? What is color of that job ?

You cannot distinguish based on the color, i.e, theres no separate color for that. The job will just be in yellow color.
You can make use of BIM (Batch Impact Manager), which does exactly what you need. It notifies you when a job that is supposed to run in 2 hours does not do so.

In addition you can also add a message alert if it takes longer than expected. For example -

AnyLogic: Changing ResourcePool based on programmatically created schedule

I refer to a similar problem here.
I implemented a programmatically created schedule same as in the example model from AnyLogic Cloud. Then I added the suggested code in the capacity field.
Still, my problem is the following runtime error: "The parameter capacitySchedule cannot be changed dynamically". Does it just basically does not work with the resource pool compared to the Transporter Fleet presented in the similar problem? Unfortunately it does not work with a fake schedule either.
Here are some screenshots from my model. Thanks in advance.
To work with dynamic capacity of ResourcePool, I use a schedule shift by plan.
in some cases it meets the need.
The implementation of this is simple, in the schedule you give values 1,2,3 etc. They actually point to a position in the array.
Example of the schedule
And inside the ResourcePool you define it as follows:
Example of the ResourcePool by plane
In my example, at times when the schedule value is 4 the capacity of the ResourcePool is 0 and at other times it is as per my parameters.
Change the "Kapaziät definiert" to "By schedule".
Create a fake schedule object fakeSchedule (normally, not programmatically). Make sure it always returns 0 as the value.
Then, use this call for "Kapazität":
' mySchedule == null ? fakeSchedule : mySchedule`
This will tell the pool to use your schedule if it exists, else the fake one

How to stop timeout in service block

I am modeling ticket system with various SLA. The model must contain several service blocks with different reaction time ( from 2 to 32 hours). In the service block only working hours should be taken into account. So in the service block timeout should stop when non-workong hours and on the weekend. Could you please kindly tell me how i can realize it?
Thank you very much in advance!
I can think of two answers, one simplified but works in many cases, the other more advanced and probably more accurate:
Simplified approach: I would set the model in hours and keep everything running as is without any stop. So, at the end of the simulation, if the total time is 100 hours and you know that you have 8 hours/day with 5 days/week, then you'd know the total duration is 2.5 weeks. Of course, this might have limitations or might become more complex later on if you want day-specific actions (e.g. you want to differentiate between Monday, Tuesday, etc.)
Advanced more accurate approach: Create resources whose capacities are defined by schedule and assigned them to your services. Create a schedule and specify the working hours in that schedule. Check the below link to learn more about schedules. I call this the more advanced approach because you need to make sure the schedule is defined correctly and make sure all elements in the model are properly controlled (e.g. non-service blocks such as source, delays, etc.).
https://help.anylogic.com/topic/com.anylogic.help/html/data/schedule.html?resultof=%22%73%63%68%65%64%75%6c%65%73%22%20%22%73%63%68%65%64%75%6c%22%20
I personally would use the first approach if the model is rather simple and modeling working hours is enough for analysis. Otherwise, I'd go for option 2.
Finally, another option I'd like to highlight is the "suspend/resume" functions. I am only adding this because you asked "how to stop timeout". So these functions specifically stop and resume timeout. But you'll need to define the times at which they are executed (through an event for example).

How to schedule a Job using Quartz to run at multiple but fixed times in a day

Say i have job which needs to be executed at fixed times in a day like below,
"05:00, 06:10, 07:30, 08:15, 09:05, 10:35"
How could i build a Trigger for this in Quartz ?
I couldnt find the way to achieve this out-of-the-box.
I see two ways to solve your problem:
1. Multiple triggers (recommended).
The most obvious and easy way to set the unusual scheduling for you job is to combine several triggers.
Quartz allows to set as much triggers as you want for single JobDetail.
2. Implement your own trigger.
It is more complicated way, applicable only if you must use only one trigger.
You could implement org.quartz.Trigger interface or any subinterfaces to set yourown rules.

Open date strategy variable

sorry my english. Im not native speaker.
Hi all, i have a dude about stops in Pine-script.
I'm tring to make a specific trail stop in my strategy script.
I want to make a for loop to evaluate all candless from open strategy date until today.
Has pine-script any variable which contains open position date or number of days or similar thing ?
thank you very much.
There is no variable that I know of that records the date of entries, but since it's your strategy, you should know when it's entering/exiting trades, so you should be able to save the time when those events occur.
Also, rather than waiting for a number of bars to elapse and go back over them with a for loop, it will be much more efficient for you to start tracking whatever info you need from the moment your condition triggers. For most needs, this should allow you to forego using a for loop.
I was just reading this thread: Strategy with sample code
And noticed that it has some work with trailing stop in it. Basically, you should be able to find some pine scripts that work with trailing stops and tailor it to your needs.

Control to inform user about job status

I want make a control to inform user about the job status of some jobs.
I am making a .mdb file with ms access form. I want to add a control inside the form. The control should display the name of report to be made, and their status (finished/canceled), it is best for the status coloured with red/green light, or give them a tick/cross:
Do you have any idea? Or maybe some simple alternative? At least I cannot find any grid control which allow dynamic addition for each row. I would like to do it in the code because the number of job is unknown, so it is hard to decide a row size for them.
A subform with conditional formatting applied to one or more of the controls should get you what you want. Let me know if you need more details.
I would consider one of the following:
Use table similar to yours but use green check mark for finished jobs and red cross mark for canceled. It could be simple image controls next to textbox/label
Use one-column structure in which you can make green background for finished and red for canceled. The text in the column would be Job names. This would work if users know what the color means
Use two separate tables: one - for finished and second - for canceled jobs
Hope this is helpful
