I have just downloaded the AdaptivePaymentsSample SDK and did some test calls for Parallel Payments using my sandbox test accounts. Everything looks good but I added this line of code in order to simulate fees for each receiver:
request.feesPayer = "EACHRECEIVER";
Where can I view that fees has been implemented for the transaction in my sandbox account?

When I go to make payment using a sandbox account, the following message displays on the payment page
To use your balance next time, go to your PayPal account for an
identity check.
If I log into the sandbox account, I am not seeing any way to do this.

It doesn't matter how you are funding the payment in sandbox. There's no actual reason for you to be bothering to care about this issue, since the result of a completed PayPal payment on the receiver end will be identical.

I've an iOS application that needs to let the users sell their products using paypal. With chained payment I send to me the 10% of the price of the object. I used this paypal API that in sandbox environment works well:

In production environment, when users try to pay an object paypal site return to them the following error "Your payment can’t be completed. Please return to the participating website and try again."

Are you sure that all merchant account sellers have not checked "Initiate payments from the Pay Anyone subtab of the Send Money tab"?
I try to establish recurring payment from CiviCRM, using Website Payments Pro mode.
The positive testing works perfectly, I see the created payment profile, I get the IPN notifications, it's perfect.
I enabled negative testing at the profile, I tried two methods to trigger the negative case - when the initial payment fails:

In both cases, the payment completed successfully.
I contacted the paypal support and their best answer was this:
" You can test it with close expiry date. Usually when the expiry date almost come, PayPal will sent notification to the buyer to change credit card. But if the buyers just ignore the notification, it will lead to failed transaction. "
Even if it works, it's unacceptable, that I might have to wait 1 month to see the result. Paypal does not allow to set already expired card for the recurring payment profile.
Do you see an efficient way to test negative outcome? Maybe with IPN simulator? But how can I be sure that Send Paypal Recurring Payments commands with IPN Simulator contains the proper messages that PayPal uses today for my type of account?
Here is how to proceed: forget the sandbox, it is just not mature enough. Use the production/live paypal account, lower the recurring fee to 0.5$, launch the recurring payment from Civicrm, wait for the initial payment, you have the successful case, then ask your bank to set the POS limit to 0$, then the next recurring payment will fail. This is a totally robust way to test negative case. Do not forget to set your IPN first (https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/ipn/integration-guide/IPNSetup/). Do you have any better method?
The following method works for recurring payments with Express Checkout, might as well work for Payments Pro:
Login to https://www.sandbox.paypal.com using your buyer's test PayPal account.
Replace the contents of the street address Line-1 of the buyer's test credit card, with CCREJECT-REFUSED.
Execute a typical Express Checkout payment flow against the Sandbox test environment using the same buyer account and with the same credit
card that you just modified.

We are running an e-commerce web site on Ruby on Rails and for the processing of Credit Cards we use the ActiveMerchant plugin to interface to our PayPal Website Payments Pro account using our API credentials.
As part of the checkout process we first call the authorize function on our gateway object and then, after some further checks, we perform the capture part.
We have lately been experiencing a bug where an amount gets reserved twice on a customer's account: one charge being only the authorization and the second being the final purchase. So to the client it looks like we are billing him twice (once for authorization, once for final purchase) while we are actually receiving the money only once and the "second charge" on his account is simply an authorization that we don't clear for some reason. (This seems to happen particularly when PayPal FMF rejects our transaction and we re-process.)
I am trying to troubleshoot this by creating PayPal Sandbox Accounts for Buyer and for Seller. I am running through the code line by line via Rails Console and simulating different conditions to try and replicate the error. However, my successful Credit Card transactions only appear in my "seller"/"merchant" account and not in the "buyer" account on the PayPal Sandbox so I cannot see what the effect of my code sequence is having on a customer's card. This post seems to indicate that that is just the way things are and that it is indeed not possible to test the effect on Buyer Credit Card side. This post suggests using PayPal Express Checkout but that is not what we need on our site as we're specifically looking at Credit Card transactions here that are integrated to our site.
How can I test the effect of my code on a client's Credit Card? Is there perhaps something I missed in PayPal or is there maybe some mode/log/monitor in ActiveMerchant that I can use to see this? I need to find the line of code that is causing us to authorize twice.
If the initial transaction is being rejected by FMF, and then you reattempt another transaction this would cause a second hold on the buyers card as this would be a completely different transaction attempt. The bank may have approved the first transaction, but then the FMF filters declined it based on your settings. As far as the bank is concerned, it is still a valid charge that was approved. So when you run your second attempt, this will cause a second hold on the card for the same amount but for a different transaction.

The user can subscribe to a service, using paypal account or credit card ( without paypal account ) . The user can unsubscribe later if he/she wishes to .
I implemented the first part using Subscription button of "website standard" where paypal gave me a button and upon clicking it will lead to paypal website.

How to test credit card, I could test paypal account payment using the sandbox test users, but for the credit card, I dont have dummy credit cards. If I use the credit cards of the paypal accounts, it says "paypal users should use paypal to pay "
I want to cancel the subscription. The paypal user can go to the paypal account and cancel the subscription. That works fine. But how can we cancel the subscription from my website, or how can we cancel the subscription of the creditcard payer. The paypal SDK says the subscription profile ID is invalid.
Did anyone tried this kind of implementation.
Any help would do, be it links or places to search .

First, Guest Checkout (paying with a credit card without signing into PayPal) is only available without recurring payments. When using recurring payments it will force the person to create a PayPal account. You would need to use Payments Pro in order to do recurring payments directly with credit cards, and then the person would never even be redirected over to PayPal at all.
For test cards, any old expired card you have would work, or what you can do is login to your PayPal sandbox account, go into the profile, and go through the process to add a new credit card to the account. It will actually fill in a card number for you, but DO NOT add this card to the account. Just copy that card number and then cancel out of this screen. Now you can use that card number for testing on the PayPal system.
In order to refund using the API you'll need to create the profiles using the CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile API. The profile ID that gives you will be compatible with all API calls to manage it in the future.
