Bluemix - Error 500 while creating an instance of Sendgrid service - ibm-cloud

For three days I try to create an instance of the service SendGrid. Each time i get this error message :
Service broker error: {"description"=>"Error 500 received from broker url https://bluemix-eu-gb.marketplace.ibmcloud.com/api/custom/cloudfoundry/v2/service_instances/XXXX"}
If someone has an idea of the problem...
Thank you in advance.

We are not aware of any ongoing issue as you can see on the Bluemix Status Page. I've just tried to create a new instance of Sendgrid ("Bronze Package" Plan) using both the Classic UI and the "New Experience" UI. I suggest you to try again, it should work.
If the problem persists it could be related to your org and I suggest you to open a support request using one of the following methods:
Use the Support Widget. It is available from the user avatar in the upper right corner of the main Bluemix UI. After opening the support widget panel, select Get Help > Get In Touch , select the type of assistance you need, and then fill out the support form.
Use the Support Site 'Get Help' form. This form is available on a separate site that is made available for ticket submission when you cannot log into Bluemix and access the Support Widget.  Go to http://ibm.biz/bluemixsupport and fill in the support request form.

How to disable email notifications in bluemix devops services track & plan

Working with the 'Track & Plan' feature of the IBM Bluemix DevOps Services generates a lot of email notifications to my co-workers and me. For example, notifications are sent out for each work item creation, modification or assignment. As the number of such mails is overwhelming, I would like to deactivate them.
If I had full access to the underlying RTC instance I would go about this as outlined in the RTC Knowledge Center - Configuring notifications in the web client.
So far I haven't been able to find a comparable configuration page in the version hosted on DevOps Services. Also, the Bluemix DevOps Services Documentation (e.g. Track and plan) didn't yield any hints in that direction.
Is there a way to disable these notifications either completely or at least partly? If so, how?
You can disable email notifications by following the instructions here:
https://developer.ibm.com/answers/questions/185255/configuring-track-plan-email-notifications.html
Find your name on a full page workitem and click on it (could be in created by, subscribed, mentioned in a comment, ...)
You'll land in a page that has your profile and some license information...ignore that. Take the URL from the browser window and paste it into a text editor or some text buffer somewhere. e.g. https://hub.jazz.net/jts08/admin#action=com.ibm.team.repository.viewUserProfile⁢emId=_yyeAwKGKEeSa6LqyswPPCA
Go back to the Track&Plan view click on "Track & Plan" drop down and select the "Project Dashboard". You should now have a URL that looks like: https://hub.jazz.net/ccm08/web/projects/dleroux%20%7C%20TestNewSprint#action=com.ibm.team.dashboard.viewDashboard
Take the action portion from URL in 2 and replace the action portion of the url in 3 giving you something like: https://hub.jazz.net/ccm08/web/projects/dleroux%20%7C%20TestNewSprint#action=com.ibm.team.repository.viewUserProfile⁢emId=_yyeAwKGKEeSa6LqyswPPCA
Navigate to the URL...select "Mail configuration"

IBM Bluemix failed to create API Management

I have a trial version of IBM Bluemix. I tried to create an API Management service instance. First, it shows a message Just a sec! We're still setting up a few things for you.... However, after a while, I got the following error message The service timed out while launching. Please try again.
Please try our new console
https://new-console.ng.bluemix.net/
in provisioning API Management tile. I was able to provision one without any issue and launch Developer console.
We are not aware of any ongoing issue as you can see on the Bluemix Status Page. I've just tried to create a new instance of API Management using both the Classic UI and the "New Experience" UI. I suggest you to try again, it should work.
If the problem persists I suggest you to open a support request using one of the following methods:

API Connect on Bluemix Developer Access

I have added API Connect as a service on Bluemix. I am getting a message that states "Looks like you don't have developer access in this Bluemix space." How do I fix this so that I can move on?
The cause of this issue is when you provisioned API Connect from the catalog, it was most likely provisioned using the old UI. After it's provisioned API Connect forwards the user to the new UI and info about the ORG/Space is lost during this transition. As others have mentioned the work around is to simply log into the new UI experience and change the org / space to the same org / space where APIC was provisioned. For all new provisions of API Connect, you should be provisioning with the new Bluemix UI experience.
Click on "CREATE" -> you will redirect to new experience UI --> click on login on bottom of the page -> click on CREATE again.
Just had the same issue. It turned out that after clicking on the API Connect service the org and space changed. From the page saying "Looks like you don't have developer access in this Bluemix space" simply click on the icon on top right and change the org / space to the correct ones (the ones containing the service instance).
I did it just once and now every time I try to access again the correct space is loaded.

Error message in Bluemix

I'm new to IBM Bluemix. I faced this error message 'BXNUI0515E: The attempt to retrieve the spaces in the org failed because of a network connection problem. Try again later.' Please Help me
Please double check if you have created a space in the current Region. This error often is received when you try to create an application or a service directly from the Catalog for the first time without creating a space.
1) Generally this issue is resolved creating application\service using the Bluemix catalog page directly: https://console.ng.bluemix.net/catalog/
2) you could use cf command line too:
create an application:
cf push your_app_name -b buildpack
create a service:
cf marketplace (shows Bluemix Catalog)
cf create-service service plan service_name
3) make sure that you have selected the correct organization\space in UI dashboard (this information is available from the user avatar in the upper right corner of the main Bluemix UI.)
4) if the issue is still there open a new ticket:
Use the Support Widget to open a ticket. It is available from the user avatar in the upper right corner of the main Bluemix UI. After opening the support widget panel, select Get Help > Get In Touch, select the type of assistance you need, and then fill out the support form.
Use the Support Site 'Get Help' form. This form is available on a separate site that is made available for ticket submission when you cannot log into Bluemix and access the Support Widget. Go to http://ibm.biz/bluemixsupport and fill in the support request form.

Integrating Facebook Credits results in "The application you are using is not responding."

I've been trying to integrate Facebook Credit purchases into my app, but any call to the pay dialog results in the error message "The application you are using is not responding." To eliminate any application specific problems, I've downloaded the Credits API Example and am just trying to get that to work -- it results in the same error message.
I've been trying for a couple of days to pinpoint this error message, but with no luck. Here's what I know so far:
Clicking the "Pay with Facebook" button results in error code 1383008, but there's no error_message being displayed.
I'm running Apache 2.2 on Windows 7. As far as I can tell, Apache is configured to allow requests from any source.
The canvas page is configured to point at http://localhost:8080/facebook.../ while the callback page is configured to point at http://localhost:8080/facebook.../callback.php. However, I have verified that the callback page is not being accessed.
I'm not sure how to verify whether or not Facebook is receiving my data correctly or if it's passing anything back. Any help in this regard would also be appreciated!
Credits attempts to make a callback to a web accessible url (or IP). If Facebook's spider cannot fetch the information from the callback script, then it will continue to return errors, since Facebook expects you to send information like the cost, name, image, custom parameters in order to process the payment.
Have a look at the creating a callback section of the docs:
http://developers.facebook.com/docs/creditsapi/
Adding to Fancis' answer, what you can do is setup a hole in your firewall and connect it to a dynamic dns service such as http://dyn.com/. Then you will be able to test your credits code.
