Unable to login to Bluemix - ibm-cloud

I am unable to login to Bluemix GUI using the browser. I am getting "Internal server error" or getting the following message.

Even the client support site(link below) seems to be not working. The "Service Offering" dropdown is not getting populated in "Open Ticket" Dialog box

The log in issues in the US South region were resolved at 03:11 UTC on July 8th. This update was published to the Bluemix Status Page.

Arindam, currently there are issues with US-South region and IBM team is working on this issue. As of now some application routes are coming back online. The operations team is continuing work toward full resolution. For further updates, please check the status page at https://status.au-syd.bluemix.net/

IBM Watson api.eu-gb.dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com’s server IP address could not be found?

I start learning data science in IBM and I enroll in the course where we had to join in IBM cloud (lite) and then to create Watson studio(lite). I just followed the document and after creating Watson studio (lite) I got this error:
api.eu-gb.dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com’s server IP address could not be found
It prevent me from seing the button "Get start" which I must click on
I tried to see solution but I didn't find anything and also I talked with watson in chatbox you provide support but the solution watson give didn't help me.

I am unable to reproduce the issue.
The Watson Studio Instance Dashboard loads successfully for me in the London data center.
I highly suspect that your current web browser settings might be preventing the iframe'd content area from loading.
Suggested Follow-up Actions
(a) Try disabling your Ad blocker and reloading the page (ad blockers are known to block content from loading in iframes).
(b) Try loading the page in a new incognito window (this will disable all browser extensions).
(c) Try loading the page in another web browser (e.g. Firefox, Edge, Safari).
(d) Try clearing your cookies for the cloud.ibm.com domain and reloading the page.
(e) In your web browser, type Control+Shift+J (on Windows) or Command+Option+J (on Mac) to open the Developer Tools and take a screenshot of any errors you see in the Console tab (and post it back here).

Can you run dig api.eu-gb.dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com or nslookup api.eu-gb.dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com? I am guessing its an issue with your DNS provider on your current network. Can you try another network or wifi connection? For reference here is the nslookup I just did with it.

IBM Cloud Private CE - Unauthorized Access to Catalog

I have installed ICP CE 2.1.0 on a google cloud VM and the installation has gone well-no errors in installation process. When accessing the GUI I am able to see deployments and services but as soon as I access any part of the Catalog I get a blank white page with the text:

I have tried killing the individual pods but I get same error. When looking a the pod logs for the catalog-ui I have error 500 messages.
Has anyone experienced this or can tell my why this is the case? Understand that a cloud VM is not the best use case maybe but it should work?
Can you confirm the version level of ICP? Your post mentioned "ICP CE 2.1.0" but if you can check the user icon (top right corner) and click About, we should be able to see the full version details.
Reason for asking is that, at the 2100 level there was an intermittent catalog issue just like you describe. Generally it was caused by resource constraints on the k8s.

403 - accessNotConfigured error while the required API is enabled

I'm experiencing a strange 403 error that keeps popping up since 26.09.2017. Here are the error details:

The problem is that the project in question has the Google Analytics API enabled since years (around 2013).
I really can't figure out what could be the problem, it seems to be an API bug.
The error suddenly showed up, without any changes to the application or API Project, it just started raising at the end of September.
One more thing, the project also has access to the limited beta program for the Relatime Reporting API.
Any ideas?

Error in web connector when quickbooks not running

I am using web connector with my application to integrate with quickbooks desktop. All things run fine when quickbooks is running but when quickbooks is not running i get the following error:

If the QuickBooks company data file is not open, a call to the "BeginSession" method must include the name of the data file.
I am sending the company data file path in authenticate response but still getting this error even when i selected the option "Yes Always; allow access even if quickbooks is not running" and the auto login in quickbooks company preferences is also checked.
I searched for this error and found the following links

but when i checked quickbooks it was already set for auto login from the app.

Finally i was able to resolve this issue which was due to a silly mistake. The file path was "C:/Users/Public/Documents/Intuit/QuickBooks/sample Company Files/QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 14.0/sample_manufacturing business.qbw" which i was sending whereas it should have been "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Sample Company Files\QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 14.0\sample_manufacturing business.QBW" for windows system.
A silly thing to have done and ignored :).

What's the cause of "Failed to preload gadget..." for Sharebox gadgets in IBM Connections

I've followed the procedure documented at "Adding new ways to share content"
...but keep getting an error:

This looks like some sort of trust problem with external servers, but my other gadgets (embedded experience & home page gadgets) on the same external host are all working fine.
What have I missed out in the configuration?
OK, shamefully, it looks like I missed out swapping the security attribute whitelistEnabled="true" to whitelistEnabled="false" in:
/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/Dmgr01/config/cells/connectionswwCell01/LotusConnections-config/opensocial-config.xml

Of course, in a production system, you'll have to checkout the opensocial config using wsadmin.sh, edit, checkin & restart.
