Getting 404 at main page of bluemix.net - ibm-cloud

I'm trying to access https://console.ng.bluemix.net/ and I'm getting a 404 Resource Not Found. Did the URL changed or is there an alternative URL to access ??

There is currently an access issue with the Bluemix US-South region. We are working to get service restored as quickly as possible. Check the Bluemix Status page for updates.

Error 403 "forbidden" being thrown on unity web application

Recently (within past week) our unity webgl (Unity v2019.4.16f1) application has been unable to read files using the google drive API. When I check the web console I see the following error:
UnityGoogleDrive: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
Google Drive API Error Description: Code '403' Message: 'The request is missing a valid API key.'
Domain: 'global' Reason: 'forbidden' Message: 'The request is missing a valid API key.' LocationType: '' Location: ''
(Filename: ./Runtime/Export/Debug/Debug.bindings.h Line: 35)
The application has been in place for 4 months without issue until now.
We currently have an OAuth 2.0 client ID setup, but no API key as we haven't needed it before. The plugin we are using for google drive access in Unity (https://github.com/Elringus/UnityGoogleDrive) does not have any obvious settings for adding an API key in addition to the OAuth ID.
When running the application directly in Unity (which uses localhost) there are no errors and files can be accessed.
I have tried disabling and re-enabling the API in the cloud console. This has given mixed results. The initial request on the web application after re-enabling the Google Drive API succeeds without any errors. All subsequent requests fail with the same error.
Based on the missing values I thought the issue might be that we needed a valid billing plan assigned to the google project but that has not resolved the issue either.
I have tried generating an API key but I am not sure where I need to pass it in order to resolve the issue (if that is even the cause of the issue).
The error reported was a red herring. The real issue was that our request was not triggering authentication with Google. Our Unity dev environment had cached an authentication token which is why the dev environment functioned but the production app failed.
We resolved the issue by sending a request to the GoogleDriveAbout API before anything else, which seems to reliably trigger reauthentication. Once authenticated everything works as expected.

Could Huawei AppGallery Connect API be used with specific project?

A connect API client is created using AGC Console Connect API option. When creating the client, a project is selected as well to limit the scope of access. Credentials are created without problem.
Obtained access token by using POST to this AGC URL, then passed the token to publishing API, Connect API server returned 403 error code when using GET method to query the API. Checking the document, there is mention of setting the project to N/A to avoid the error.
My question is why the project could not be set here?
Connect API is team-level access. It is valid for all projects under the account ID which created the connect API client. To use connect API, a project should always be set to N/A.
The project would be specified when server SDK is used in a project.
The value of project must be set to N/A because the Connect API requires some account-level permissions. If an application is restricted, the permissions cannot be obtained. Therefore, you cannot set a specific application.

Unable to view API Connect Cloud Foundry page

I have been given access to the an IBM Public Cloud (Dallas) 'Organization' and an API Connect Cloud Foundry resource (say, apic-dev). However, when I access the apic-dev resource from the 'Resource List', I see a blank page. I've tried all browsers - chrome, firefox and safari. I am able to access all other resource types. This occurs only with 'API Connect' offering resource type. I have also confirmed that I've been given all user access needed by the administrator.
To verify if this is an access issue, I tried creating my own API Connect Cloud Foundry resource in my own IBM Cloud Organization, and got the exact same blank page behavior.
Please help. Thanks!
You need to open a private window in your browser or delete all the cookies.
I had the same problem and I always open the API Manager in a private window.

API Management service in Bluemix can't be bound to CF application

I'm building a CloudFoundry application in Bluemix using the API Management service. For this I'm following this tutorial http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/cloud/library/cl-bluemix-api-mgmt-app/index.html.
I can successfully create an API Plan for a custom REST API application (running on a Liberty server on Bluemix as well) and it is published.
I can also create a service in my Bluemix dashboard using the new Custom API, which I take as the API plan was successfully deployed on Bluemix.
Whenever I try to bind this new service I get the following message:
BXNUI2055E: Unable to connect to Cloud Foundry because of the
following exception: "Read timed out." If the problem persists, see
the Troubleshooting topics in the IBM Bluemix Documentation to check
service status, review troubleshooting information, or for information
about getting help.
From time to time I also get this message
The service broker returned an invalid response for the request to
https://apimasv1-stage.stage1.mybluemix.net/d118dceb-edbf-4a7f-9bab-d44371b0c9f9/privateservices/v2/service_instances/1a60830c-0796-4105-afb4-e3477424acf9/service_bindings/ebb853dc-ec88-4987-b8f2-e9acd38d1741.
Status Code: 502 Bad Gateway, Body: 502 Bad Gateway: Registered
endpoint failed to handle the request.
Also, I can open the API portal and see the services listed in there. However, whenever I try to test the service, I get the following error
A security error has occurred. If using a self-signed certificate on
your gateway, you will need to accept it in your browser, which you
can do by clicking the following link.
https://api.wawona.apim.ibmcloud.com/victorshmx1ibmcom-dev/sb/LibraryREST/rs/authors/1
Also, below in the response I get this message:
NetworkError: Failed to execute 'send' on 'XMLHttpRequest': Failed to
load
'https://api.wawona.apim.ibmcloud.com/victorshmx1ibmcom-dev/sb/LibraryREST/rs/authors/1'.
I must clarify this service (the liberty app) doesn't have any security constraint to access the REST service nor I added some kind of security in the API Management portal.
Another thing to clarify is that I can bind other services, but not this one.
Does anyone know how I can fix those problems? Is there a known issue with IBM API Management service?
this seems to be an error with the service API Management instance you are trying to bind to.
You could open a ticket to support team following the link you can find here:

Also the SyncActivity API shows details for account's only.
I want to resolve WriteBack Errors.
How to resolve this and get the Sync Status and Sync Activity?
The API Explorer is doing a GET instead of a POST. We’ll fix it.
You should not see this error if you use Fiddler for the Status API.
API Explorer has been fixed, you should now be able to query SyncActivity and SyncStatus
