I want to download db2-express-c 10.1 version.
But,there is only db2 express-c 11.1 version in ibm-site . And i don't know why ibm-site has no other version's download site.
Where can i get 10.1 version?
thank you.
IBM only offers a current DB2 Express-C version for download. It is free and has community support, but it only has the current code for download on the IBM website and usually is available some days after the other editions have been GA.
You would need to ask other developers in your community if they still have that image. I would recommend using DB2 11.1 as it has more features and several updates. It is compatible to the V10.1 you have been asking for.

Stackoverflow is for programming questions. But your question is about administration.
Please refer to the "IBM Workload Automation" v9.5 "Planning and Installation Guide" for upgrading information, taking care to ensure your starting point is only the most recent fixpack for the v9.5 build.
See https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/workload-automation/9.5.0?topic=installation-upgrading and all related pages in this category, some studying required, careful planning, rehearse in a non-production environment first.
In general consider upgrading only to the "currently supported" versions of IBM software, if you wish to avail of IBM paid support services.
I have an old application handling data on a DB2 server (Linux version, 9.7 express-c) and I need to upgrade the server. I searched on the IBM site and I found that the last "free" version (11.5) is the only one available, but I cannot restore a backup taken from a 9.7 directly into the 11.5.
Is there any other way instead of using db2look and db2move?
Do anyone know if it's possible to find the 11.1 developer Linux version?
You can download the server-fixpack via https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6427871
( IBM registration is required ),
This is an indirect way to IBM passport advantage website. It's important to choose the "DB2 Server Fix Pack" as distinct from other images. It is wise to always download the most recent fixpack for the release when using the Server-Fixpack, these fixpacks are cumulative and do not require the base version to be preinstalled.
You can get a trial license with it and just do the intermediate restore (from the v9.7 backup-image into a disposable Db2 v11.1 instance, then backup that database offline and copy the image to a place accessible to your Db2 v11.5 new instance.
You can then drop the v11.1 db2instance, and uninstall the Db2 v11.1 product.
Finally restore that Db2 v11.1 backup image into your Db2 v11.5 instance. This will upgrade the database to the Db2 v11.5 release, consider running db2updv115 afterwards, and revalidating all objects with SYSPROC.ADMIN_REVALIDATE_DB_OBJECTS etc.
Whether the above indirect method is quicker (or easier) than using db2move to export and load, will depend on the complexity of your database. Worth checking...if your Db2 v9.7 instance is still running of course.
Other methods are possible, if you want to spend $$ on recovery tools that extract data from backup images.
This launchpad is not intended to run on the current platform. Check the product documentation or contact your vendor for more information about supported platforms.

It keeps showing this even after i use run as admin or run in compatibility .
The message can be returned when install DB2 V9.7 on Windows Server 2016. Unfortunately, V9.7 is supported on Windows 2008, 2012, 8, 7 and some older versions of Windows according to below:
System requirements for IBM Db2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/system-requirements-ibm-db2-linux-unix-and-windows
And here is recommended Fix Packs list for each versions:

Here is key note from the link:
End of Support for DB2 Version 9.1 is April 30, 2012 More Info...
End of Support for DB2 Version 9.5 is April 30, 2015 More Info...
End of Support for DB2 Version 9.7 is September 30, 2017 More Info...
End of Support for DB2 Version 10.1 is September 30, 2017 More Info...
Db2 V9.7 is out of support now so it is recommended to upgrade V11.1/V11.5 instead.
Hope this helps.
RUN WINZIP THEN AFTER EXTACTING go to the directory/path
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Temp\EXPC\db2\Windows THEN LOOK FOR DB2 Express -c
then run and it will install
this will avoid computer from checking compatibility
I have just getting the same issue.
If you want to really install this V9.7 version, I have found a workaround, which works great for me.
You need to download a more recent version of Db2, says the Db2 V10.1 version. Then you extract the V10.1 archive and copy the file called "getOS.bat" from the following folder "C:\Temp\db2_10.1\SERVER\db2\Windows\launchpad" and then you paste this file into the same path for the V9.7 extracted archive folder. It works well for me (it seems that they have corrected the script for the OS determination). I hope it will work for you or other people !
First I downloaded the VMware and Redhat 6.5 on my 64bit Windows machine, created virtual machine, set the network and host as needed.
Downloaded the db2 LUW 11.1 AMD64 for Linux, winscp the product to the redhat, unzip and tar -vxf the product.
But when I am checking the ./db2_prereqchk its fails, conveying that certan packages are not there to install the product.
Where can I download a trial version for Windows? Is anyone aware of an emulator online or cloud offer where DB2 can be practiced?
You can download trial versions of DB2 LUW at the IBM website. For testing DB2 online I would recommend to check out dashDB on IBM Bluemix. There are also Docker images available for DB2 Express-C, the free edition of DB2. So overall plenty of options.
I want to start working with ATG Commerce. I tried to downloaded from the link: https://edelivery.oracle.com/EPD/Search/handle_go
Looking at the compatibility, I want to work with ATG 9.1, JBoss 4.2.0, JDK1.5
But I see the only below versions of ATG are available in the above link. I did not find the ATG 9.12. Can you please help with the link where I can get ATG 9.1?
Select Description Release Part Number Updated # Parts / Size
Oracle ATG Web Commerce (2007.4) Media Pack for Microsoft Windows 2007.4.0.0.0 B65809-01 DEC-30-2011 10 /1.9G
Oracle ATG Web Commerce (10.0.3) Media Pack for Microsoft Windows 10.0.3.0.0 B64715-01 NOV-02-2011 11 /2.8G
Oracle ATG Web Commerce (9.4) Media Pack for Microsoft Windows 9.4.0.0.0 B65233-01 NOV-09-2011 12 /2.6G
ATG 9.4 is the only 9.X version Oracle is supporting. You can probably find 9.1 if you ask around, people will likely have installers. 9.4 should work pretty closely with 9.1.
If you are up for ATG.. use the latest one (10.1 as of now), the new versions are more feature rich.
If there is any specific reason for using jboss 4 and jdk 1.5 then its a different story.
