UPDATE
Yesterday it worked again but today it throws the same error, I don't know what can cause it to fail to start randomly since I didn't update eclipse or added something new to it.

Thanks.
For the sake of others who might come across this question, I'll just point out that your transcript shows that you are trying to load bundles that require at least Java 8 (aka 1.8) but you're running on a Java 7 JVM (aka 1.7).

I appreciate your help since I cannot get Aptana to startup.
Sorry, I had moved the default project folder and it couldn't find it. I was able to get it working by changing the following line in the configuration/config.ini file in the installation:
osgi.instance.area.default=#user.home/Aptana 3 Workspace

what went wrong.
With some observation of MANIFEST.MF, I found jars.compile.order attribute. Which is actually causing the problem. After removing this which is actually not necessary it works fine as a product too.
