Cannot find Desktop Sharing in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS - ubuntu-16.04

Is there anyone knows how to find Desktop Sharing in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS?
Is it possible that this feature is only available for Server version?
Thanks

ok, I find out the answer by myself. Actually, I need to install vino. After that, once I execute vino-preferences in a terminal, then the Desktop Sharing is show up.

stataRun extension of VSCode for Ubuntu 22.04

I have been using the "stataRun" extension of VSCode which allowed me to send code from VSCode to Stata and execute it using shortcuts. Since I have upgraded my system from Ubuntu 20.04 to Ubuntu 22.04, this is not working anymore. Has anybody encountered the same problem and/or does anybody know a solution?

Unable to open or uninstall Tableau Public 2020

I'm trying to open Tableau Public. It won't let me and says, "An administrator has blocked you from running this app". I tried uninstalling it. It won't let me do that either. Does anyone know why?
I had the same problem. I downloaded the latest version and installed it this resolved the problem. I hope it works for you too.
I was facing the same issue(Windows 10), the problem was I have already installed tableau public and I want to install Tableau desktop in my pc but somehow I am neither able to uninstall tableau public nor able to install the new version of tableau desktop.
Below are the steps which I have followed and now it's working fine for me.
Go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and find gpedit.exe and run it (other than Windows 10 you can direct run gpedi.exe from windows+r means from the run menu)
Go to the specified path as shown in the image and Disable it.
Restart the pc and try to re-install it again.
I was having the same problem and I tried a couple of things regarding Windows and none of them work so, I wouldnt try again. I downloaded again Tableau, installed and it works... just like Amit said
Update: I downloaded the latest version and it seemed to solve the issue.

Ephesoft is not installing libreoffice dependecy

Im working on ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS and i need to integrate ephesoft 4.0.2.0 to alfresco community so i have to install ephesoft.
While im installing i stack in a point that it can´t install its libreoffice dependency, i first deleted the libreoffice coming in my OS but realize that was not the problem, then i installed another one and again that was not the problem, so i don´t know what to do, the ephesoft installation can not move foward because of it.
Please if there is anyone who can help me with it, I will be gratefull.
Att, MGM
I had the same problem and try a lot of things and then found out that 16.04 is not supported by ephesoft, only 14.04 and 14.10 work.

Xen on Centos 7

I am a newbie to Xen and want to download it on my machine which currently has CentOS7. I have been researching and experimenting for a couple of days but can't seem to find a straightforward answer on how to install a fully functioning Xen on CentOS7. I tried using the workaround at http://www.lairdscomputer.com/Blog/tabid/62/EntryId/74/Installing-Xen-4-on-Centos-7.aspx, but it seems that some of the packages it uses might be outdated.
Is it even possible to install Xen on CentOS7, even if it is missing some parts to it? Would it be better just to go back to CentOS6.x so that I can install Xen4CentOS?
Thanks in advance! Any advice is appreciated!
Afaik RedHat therefore CentOS is not supporting Xen whoever in fact it is possible.
I am using xen4centos on my Centos7 server, it was installed along with official article from wiki:
https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Xen/Xen4QuickStart
It it is not, please provide some logs, errors etc
